Hi,

I’m not sure why, but all my text/content on my portfolio pages (within the portfolio) is aligned to the left, I cannot get them centred. I want the content in the middle. I’ve been through all my settings, and disabled my plugins one by one, but nothing has made a difference. I would really appreciate any advice you can offer

I’m currently trying to resurrect an old page I set up in 2015.
the page died due to lack of updates to the system and therefore I had to manually update WordPress and pinnacle to get it working.

After updating all plugins, I noticed that every individual portfolio item page wasn’t working, leaving me on

sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist.

after pulling much of my hair out, reposting, renaming, and what not, I now come here to seek help.

I use WordPress 5.5.3
Theme = Pinnacle
Suspected cause of issue = Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle Toolkit

Hi there,

I recently downlided Kadence.
I do not see the link for POST FORMATS in the post editor.
On search, I found that Kadence Toolkit needs to be installed.
When I search for “Kadence Toolkit” in WP repository, I get the Kadence Blocks as suggestion.
BTW, by error, I deleted the initial notification that appears upon theme installation

Any tips / suggestion please?

I have an extra Home page link on my menu I do not seem to be able to get rid of.

I have deleted and re-created a new menu with no home page link at all but it still has two home page links.

How do I remove one of the home page links?

My problem is that the plugin totally disappeared from the plugin list and from every other place on dashboard.
I tried to reinstall it but it has failed – said it is already in the plugin directory of the page. Ok, I found it and DELETE IT manually and then I tried to install the plugin, but it also said it was there ??
Lastly I upload the plugin manually into the plugin directory, but it still not shows up anywhere ??
WP is fresh, Virtue is fresh, I saved the direct permalinks once more, so
now I run out of any other idea.

Hi, I just updated wp and your plugin but this is the fatal error I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method TGM_Plugin_Activation::get_instance() in /htdocs/public/www/wp-content/plugins/virtue-toolkit/class-virtue-toolkit-welcome.php on line 83

Now I have had to deactivate the plugin as activating it my website showed only the error message without letting me get to the other pages.
Can you please help as this site has extensive use of this plugin for all gallery images and videos

I have disabled guest checkout in Woocommerce settings, but when I go to checkout in my store, I am not required to create an account first.

In fact, I don’t even get the option to create an account voluntarily. I am just taken to the checkout page to enter billing/shipping address and pay.

I am only given the option to log into my account if I am a returning customer, but that’s not even required.

Therefore, a customer can check out of my store without creating an account.

I don’t see a Kadence setting to force account creation or anything like that. I’m I just missing it?

I need customers to create an account in order to buy from my store.

I’ve got a strange problem. There are only two users in my system, both are equal admins. One can see all portfolio and portfolio types when editing Menus, but the other one doesn’t have them, not can add them to menus.
I’m using the latest version of this plugin, rest of the site is pretty much lightweight.

Hi,

I’m using the Virture theme with this Kadence Toolkit plugin. I’m also using a Pagebuilder by Siteorigin (a recommended plugin in theme).

Unfortunately, these two plugins are now conflicting with each other after updates. I can’t edit any of the content inside the default siteorigin widgets (Siteorigin Editor, Siteorigin Image, etc.) I open it up and it just spins.

Is there a work around, so I can keep using these two plugins together?

On Virtue Theme. The image gallery is set on 150px square thumbnails and thumbnail grid, but the post comes out like a mosaic of full size thumbnails. The images on my pages are not affected, but the image gallery on my blog post is not coming out with square thumbnails. They were square before updates.

Hi guys, when I acces this part of my website https://precious-me.dk/product-category/design/ on mobile, I have a big white space in the left part of the screen, on my laptop I can see it normal.
Any ideea how to remove that?

As VaultPress have added Security to all their plans, I just ended up with a warning saying that the code “PHP.Generic.Shell.md5pass” can be exploited and it is found in the Virtue Toolkit. Is this something to be concerned about? I saw it mentioned on Google that a premium Kadence themes user found the same warning. What became of that?

I′m using Pinnacle Free and Virtue/Pinnacle ToolKit Version 3.4.
I′ve tried to locate the address in the Contact Form in several ways but without any success – the map continues to show me some countryside of France (whereas my location point is on the other side of the ocean).

Is there some particular way how the plugin reads the address or is it some code what I am missing?
