Hello, I’m using the plugin and would like to customize the chat.
According to the information posted in the plugin description it is free!
However I didn’t find anything in the documentation that would allow me to remove the advertisement that is loaded in the chat, I don’t want other people to know which plugin I’m using (including for security reasons on my site)

Hello, the tab Live Streaming is displayed on the Group page. But I don’t need it there but in the member page. Is it possible ? And how can a member to add his live streaming ? Thanks for your work!

I’m trying to help one of my plugin users with an issue. In doing so, we found that there were potentially some issues coming from this plugin. I haven’t tracked down what I needed to find just yet. However, I did want to report the PHP notices I was getting when I activated this plugin.

I recommend testing the plugin with debugging enabled and cleaning some of these up when possible.

I just downloaded this plugin and installed on the my site, however, as soon as I pressed the ��Activate�� button I got the following message.

I am working on a project and my intention is to have something exactly like youtube which i believe that Live Streaming / Broadcast Live Video already has that feature, but here are my needs…

1. i want an audio player that i can be able to copy the live streaming video URL of my Live Streaming / Broadcast Live Video and then paste it in the audio player and it will be playing only the audio and not the video. and this audio player will not have Stop, Pause, Back forward, Fastward and any other features, it simply have a turn off button and turn on button, and it auto plays…..

2. ability to upload audio files and create play list and the audios will be broadcasting live streaming once i upload them on Live Streaming / Broadcast Live Video

3. i will prefer everything on WordPress as a plugin

4. ability to restrict user role that can broadcast live streams…

Hi, Good day, I got an error with my site, but I am not sure this is VW error or WP config error.
after installation, everything is ok just except
the site URL is https://www.xxxxxxx.com = ok
user login and visit URL https://www.xxxxxxx.com/index.php/broadcast-live/ =ok
then click Setup New Channel, the URL become to
https://www.xxxxxxx.com/broadcast-live?editChannel=-1 (page not found without index.php in the URL)
then I manually add index.php in the URL which the URL is
https://www.xxxxxxx.com/index.php/broadcast-live?editChannel=-1 (working)
after keyin everything and select the category then click “setup”
the URL go to https://www.theskycast.com/broadcast-live (page not found)

the pamalink in WP is customized with /index.php/, i tried remove this or use other settings, but it became worse, i even cannot visit “broadcast-live” and “channel” page by clicking the top menu.

Hi,

I am attempting to view a video stream from my Red5 server using videowhisper on my WordPress website without success.

I’ve created a new WordPress page and used the provided short code [videowhisper_watch channel=”stream1″ width=”100%” height=”100%”] to load the player. When I visit the website I receive the following error from the player:

Entering Video Streaming Interface
Verifying License: OK
Logging in: Channel stream1 not found!

I’ve followed the videowhisper documentation on how to setup and configure my Red5 server. I’ve verified the red5-web.properties file is consistent with the videowhisper documentation.

When I use the videowhisper test application (https://www.videowhisper.com/demos/admin/vw_connectiontester.html), I am able to connect and view stream1.

Am I doing something incorrectly on the WordPress side?

An annoying, perhaps serious, problem since this plugin’s last update. It has removed the WordPress logo from the login window and substituted its own BroadcastLiveVideo.com logo instead! A review by playlistprime saw this behavior, and thought it to be phishing redirection. I think it may be simply bad code because it seems to give me my own site when I log in.

Either way, the developer needs to fix this problem ASAP!

I’m using the latest plugin version 4.67.17, WordPress 4.9.7 and PHP 5.6 on my site honokeana.net. I don’t see a fake logo when I log in through the host GoDaddy.

My site went down for awhile today, and the reason was that it’s running on php 7.2 and something is incompatible. They rolled it back to 7.1 so it’s working again, but I ran the PHP compatibility checker for versions 7.0, 7.1 and 7.2 and this plugin came up with 5 errors and 2 warnings on all. I don’t know if it was the plugin that caused the site to go down, as I’m not sure it’s actually being used, having been installed by someone else, but I thought you should know. It also has not been tested with WP 4.9.6 which we’re running now.

If you let me know that you’ve corrected it, I’ll update it. Thanks.

Something really weird happened today. All of a sudden my website started working very slowly (both in the frontend and backend). After a lot of investigating the only solution was to disable VideoWhisper Live Streaming. With it on (currently on) the loading time increases about 5 times no matter what it does (even a simple ajax call takes 15seconds).

Before this happened i kept getting notifications
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/phpdudes.com/appmysoul.com/wp-includes/meta.php on line 841

increasing the memory to 256MB solved it but it’s running slow.

Did this happen to anyone else? Can someone recommend a solution to this?

Can you explain a setup to do following app:
1. 3 RTSP Cams deliver a video stream by IP and portforwarding
2. On a WordPress page people (aprox. 5 at a time) should see the stream
3. On the WP-Page people should ne able to choose one of that 3 Cams

Can you give me a lead to setup this with your plugin?
