Hi

After installing the videoask plugin, there was no menu in the left sided wordpress menu nor within Settings or Tools, so I had to deactive and delete the plugin.

Is this plugin still supported, if yes please let me know.

i just created an account on your website. then i downloaded this plugin. but like you explained in the faq the plugin does nothing. there is no option to add a video.
