The plugin is great but one thing which is when i place my mouse on the right side on the playlist its scrolling up and down automatically to see other musics. Which is good but there is no indication like arrow keys. Is it possible to add arrow key on the top and bottom? so whenever an user is moving their mouse on the top there will be an arrow key indication and whenever the user pointed the mouse in the bottom, it will give a bottom arrow indication.
Is it possible to achieve?

What I need:
Use Case:
The ability for visitors who are interested in a demo of my sites to be able to choose from a series of short demo videos so that they only have to watch demos of the site content & features that interest them.
Quite simply there are companies who charge a great deal for providing a tool that allows businesses to provide custom demos based on user’s answers in a form.
If you then incorporated an AI bot of some sort, then you could use this video plugin as part of a wider sales system, I guess, but I just need to be able to let users create a playlist of the stuff that interests them really quickly and easily.
Possible Workflow:
Is this possible? And if not, would you be interested in adding it as a feature, or developing a custom add-on for your plugin? I might be interested in paying for this feature to be developed as I run a not-for-profit, and we need custom demos but will never be able to afford the commercial video & sales tools that provide this feature lol.

I’ve followed all setup instructions to display a dynamic playlist of videos from a channel, but when using the shortcode it just displays an error and no videos.
Error is: “Request contains an invalid argument.”
Any ideas as to how to fix would be appreciated. Thank you!!

I’ve got the API done, and made a list of 4 videos,
and embedded the Playlist Code.
The List showed up on the page fine, but
3 of 4 videos are showing Black Screen with Error.
I visited the Learn More, link provided on the black screen,
and it’s all same, it says, it is “Internet Problem.

However, all individual video links are working fine on YouTube, and,
I tried another YouTube playlist plugin(which I didn’t like) with the Same 4 Videos,

Modern browsers won’t allow mixed http and https content to be displayed together on a page. To get font and jquery script to load, I had to edit two files in the plugin to change the links from https:// to https://

When I did that, I got the following error message:

For two days I tried to figure out which device on our network was sending malicious data to Google.
After banging my head against a wall long enough, I realized I could generate a YouTube API key via this URL:
https://console.developers.google.com
Which redirects me to this URL:
https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/dashboard
In summary, you might want to update your instructions in case there are others like me who take too long to start thinking out of the box. Just a thought.

I see there was a similar thread to my query by @johnrhall which was marked as resolved but there doesn’t seem to have been a resolution to the issue. So I’d like to reopen a similar query if I may.
This plug-in is fantastic and offers much of what we were looking for. Unfortunately the mouseover speed to “scroll” long manual playlists is so fast (and as there is no scroll bar) it makes this plug-in virtually unusable as is will no doubt frustrate online users. This is a real pity as we would undoubtedly use it if this wasn’t the case.
Is there perhaps a way to slow down the mouse-over speed over the playlist (maybe with some CSS) or alternatively will you be adding a scroll bar in the very near future? Thank you.

]]>Nice plugin but it lacks a standard and needed feature. I am adding videos into the player/playlist by using URLs–not by adding a playlist. Once I add enough URLs (and associated data) to fill and surpass the “list of videos” that vertically fit within the vertical visual layout, there is no scroll bar to scroll down the list. There is the ability to move down the list by pacing the cursor over the list of videos, but it is not as effective as a scroll bar would be–especially for cross-platform usage. A simple scroll bar to the right of the video list would be simply nifty!

]]>I recently downloaded this plugin and am at a loss as to how to really use it. I’ve created a playlist, however, when I insert the playlist shortcode into the page editor, I get a player that plays nothing. I have also tried inserting the dynamic shortcode which creates the player… but it has all of my video content, not my playlist. Do I combine the two shortcodes, and if so how? Or am I missing something? Any advice is welcome. I would post a link to the site, but the page with the viewer is already live and this is a major change to the page.

I noticed that there is a JavaScript error on pages where no playlist is loaded. It comes from this file:
video-playlist-for-youtube/includes/js/vpfy-vplay-playlist-video.js

The problem is that this error prevents other JS on the page from functioning correctly, breaking other plugins and the theme. Could you please look into this and fix it?
