The plugin was working fine but today when I added a new video from Youtube I saw that there is a series of warning lines saying “failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in the shortcode.php line 58”. Some messages say the “wrapper is disabled in the server configuration by allow_url_fopen=0” and it finishes with the shortcode.php again.
Can someone please help me with this? I would really appreciate it.

]]>When using the Videos Manager plugin, the videos are supposed to pop up in the same window after clicking on them….
We also have 5 skins to choose from for the background of that pop up video…
With my WP site, and this plugin, everything works great except, the only way you can see a video, is to right click on it and open it in a separate tab or window……That’s NOT how it’s supposed to work…..
Any thoughts or fixes?

I have been using your awesome plugin with great effect until a couple of weeks ago when I tried to add another few videos.
Going through the usual process everything appeared ok and then when I look at the page (https://bestlifeintheworld.com/videos/) there are grey icons in place of what should be thumbnails.
Any ideas as to why this is not working anymore?

I can load up YouTube videos just fine and they come through with a thumbnail pic, but when I put in Vimeo videos they show a “broken link” symbol for the thumbnail of the video.
Any idea why?
When I click on the video itself on the page, the pop up box does work and the video plays. Just won’t show an image of it on the page.

YouTube videos work just fine. As soon as I add a Vimeo video to the page, the thumbnail wont load and I get the following error message:

1) The possibility to add a search box on the website front end for the visitors to be able to retrieve the videos they’re looking for by looking for it with keywords or video title.
2) The possibility to add &autoplay=1 in Youtube’s video url so that they can start automatically just like Dailymotion Videos do.

]]>I really like this plugin, but any time I add a Vimeo video to my list, it shows the thumbnail as 640×480, even though both the plugin settings and the shortcode specify 297×167. Any idea why this is? I tried removing and re-adding the video in question, and deactivating all of my other plugins. I also tried uploading a 297×167 custom thumbnail to vimeo, but it just resized it to be larger (and blurrier).
I don’t have any problem with YouTube.

Hello, I just activated the plugin, disabled the others, reactivated everything etc.
The thumbnails on the page are grey boxes and not the video thumbnails and when I click to view a video it doesn’t steam: an error message comes “an error occurred, please try again later.”

]]>I can’t successfully get the videos to resize, may be another setting in my wordpress site that is preventing it, not sure. The videos show right and the category list works well too, but with list the resize is not working. My videos are listed in 1 column instead of 3, I even tried 2 and only shows in 1 column due to video thumbnails not resizing. Also is it possible to automatically update the list and add videos that are added to a YouTube Channel or YouTube Playlist. All help is Much Appreciated. THANKS.
