I have some problem with the registration process because if I want to add a new field during the registration, that field isn’t show on my attendee report, neither on WordPress, neither on Zoom.

Is it possible use de default Zoom registration process?

I have the pro version of plugin and I set my registration details with Name, Surname and Organization.

When I see the report of attendee I don’t see the column Organization, neither via WordPress Dashboard and neither via Zoom Dashboard.

Can you verify this problem and add a new feature to create custom field in the registration form?

Hello, I’ve noticed that when I activate the checkbox Hide add to Calendar links for not purchased meetings the page of Zoom Events give me a critical error.

In the error log’s Zoom Plugin I have seen nothing but in the apache error log I have this error:

The plugin used to work to not allow users to join the meeting before the start time but now it does not. Now users are able to join a meeting at any time even if start time is far in the future, which should not happen. This makes the plug in completely unusable for my purpose and I am scrambling to find a fix.

Meetings are created directly in Zoom with setting “Allow participants to join 5 minutes before start time”.
Embedded on my site with shortcode [zoom_api_link meeting_id=”XXX” link_only=”no”]
I am using Join Via Web Brower button.

Hi, I’m having an issue with the join now button not showing up and language not listed, after updating plugin to 4.6.0. Everything worked great before updating.

Now, there is error in javascript console as below:

Hi,

We received an email from Zoom on 17 September 2024 notifying that our application is running an SDK that will be retired on 2 November 2024. From what I can tell according to release notes, the latest plugin version is using the web SDK version 2.18.3 and Zoom say the minimum version will be 3.2.1.

Could you confirm if I’ve understood this correctly and if so, are there plans for an update to the plugin to be released with a new version of the SDK prior to the 2 November deadline?

Hello, I trying to use the webinar function on my website, but with the “Join via browser” page to make it easier for the users to access the webinar. But when set the default language, or showing all the languages to choose from, the Zoom Web starts in English.

I tried to check the plugin code but had no success fixing it.

Somebody knows how to fix this?

I don’t want a post attached to my event, I just want to use the shortcode within my page. It works great unless the meeting has not started, and a “go back” button redirects users to the Zoom event post page. I want to redirect this to the original page with the shortcode when users go back. How can I do this? Thank you!!

Hello, I like your plugin and after testing I am thinking of upgrading to the pro version.

However, I’m working with Gravity Form and there is a conflict between.
At first I only noticed the similar classes affecting the front-end presentation so I continued anyway (starting with ui like .ui-state-active etc)
But there is another problem: as soon as I activate your plugin, I can no longer use the shortcuts to list the GF merge tags. I couldn’t find anything on the subject… Are you aware of this case and do you think you can take it into consideration in a future update ?

I can’t generate working API credentials. Everything is ok for the Oauth credentials, but those sdk don’t work. I don’t think it’s my mistake as the procedure is well illustrated in the documentation and relatively simple. I specify that I tried on 3 wordpress installations, one of which was empty, and on two different hostings. If anyone can help me, thank you. I repeat, I followed both the written guide and the youtube video step by step.

I tried both with free Zoom account and with Zoom Premium account

I have used [zoom_recordings_by_meeting meeting_id=”1234567890″ downloadable=”no”] for 4 years now and (as of 3.6.9?) it retrieved a full list of my recordings for that meeting_id (8 in my case).

I just updated the plugin and now I get only 1 (the last) recording listed.

Suggestions for how to fix that, please?

I need help on setting up zoom on my WordPress website. All of the tutorials I’ve found online (YouTube) are no longer valid since the change In September 2023 apparently. Can someone help guide me through the steps of what I need to “build” on Zoom developer in order for me to have zoom meetings on my website please?

I am using the Video Conferencing with Zoom plugin on a WordPress website – Suddenly this evening the meeting I had loaded with shortcode ( which was working perfectly) suddenly disappeared from the site

Instead, I got an error message:

I have updated the app, and checked the listed meetings on the settings page and on Zoom -everything looks in order. I have searched the forums and can’t see a solution
