This does exactly want I needed and what it advertises: a row video background. And what’s better it’s from SiteOrigin, so it’s on the Layout page !
And it’s adaptive (in the right way !);
And it doesn’t cross the entire rows of a website;
And it stays where it’s supposed to be;
And many options to play with;
And no code to put anywhere like all these other plugins,
And, and, and…
