Show avatars is not working for me. All avatars come up as the blank heads. Any way to fix this? Is it a vbulletin setting?

I have the plugin vbullein latest threads installed and activated but it is not showing up on my widgets. I have v3.2.1 of wordpress installed. Any help would be great.

I have installed this plug-in successfully, but it doesn’t display any threads and just says “Vbulletin Latest Threads error: Number of title’s character must be a number”, even though I have filled in a number. Have also tried it with 0 – same result.

I have installed this plug-in, but whatever I put in the Number of Title Characters box it keeps telling me:
