Hello, I have the basic version of this plugin and it keeps giving me an error message when trying to export users. I tried using this plugin on 2 other websites and the same error occurred. Is the basic version of this plugin not able to export users anymore?
]]>hi, i’m looking to import 300+ customers to my client’s online store. i mapped only necessary columns and the batch size is set to 10. the plugin only managed to import and update 50 users before the progress bar stagnated at 14%.
i retried with only 5 as the batch size. the plugin managed to import and update only 25 users before stagnating at 7%.
what could be the issue here? looking forward to a solution.

Importing two users from a csv file I created by exporting users and then editing the file with Libre Office, duplicating one row and changing the user_login and user_email fields on the first row and deleting the other rows. I then tried importing the csv file. The admin page then reported a critical error advising me to check the administrator’s email for details. And the administrator then received the following email:

]]>Hi, the number of WooCommerce user/customer exports is significantly higher than the number of customers on the website.
Also, after importing the users, the new WooCommerce total customer count is noticeably higher than it should be.
Hi. I want to export users from a old family site to a new one that I′m building.
There are some special fields (bransch of family for example) that is set in the plugin WP Members. But they are not exported, and I don′t understand how to do it.
Here is an image that shows the fields we are using for registering, fields set in WP Members. These fields contain all the information that I want to export and then import to the new site:

My website categorizes/groups its users by “Group” (using a 3rd party plugin, but still this should be one of the custom fields in the database now), however when I go to export, I see no filters at all related to “group”.
Is there some add-on plugin or some feature/function I’m missing that will allow me to export users based on their group membership?
Thanks

The user import plugin displays the “roles” field as “administrator, customer” when importing as a manager user. This does not happen when I import as the administrator user. We have the newest version of the plugin (2.5.4); I already deleted and included the plugin but it didn’t solve the problem.
What can I do to fix the problem?
Hello
It seems that empty fields from the csv file do not overwrite the already filled user fields in the database. I would like to delete empty fields from the csv file, such as the Woocommerce billing address. Is there a way to do this?
Thank you, Mirco
When I import users from my other site via the CSV file, the picture they’ve selected for the profile picture isn’t imported. This is a big problem! How can it be fixed?
I can see it other similar threads that you state that it’s not a feature included in the free version of the plugin. However, when people ask if it’s a feature of the paid version, you reply that it’s inconvenient for you to discuss the features of the paid version here – it should be addressed in the support section. Where’s that? Can you be more specific?

The situation has changed, and now we’re going to use the partner school as the main one, and phase out the old one, so now I *do* need the orders in the new site. I did the export/import process again, and while it’s great bringing in users, checking the “update” box doesn’t bring in the orders, although they are listed as customers (who have paid $0). I do have the username and email as the first two columns.
Any idea why it’s not working?

I need to export the data from the WooCommerce clients that purchased as guests. I need the Last Activity column but in the mapping section I only see Last Update, is that the same? If it is, I am getting the value as a timestamp, how can I get that value in a date format?
I also need the Total Spend column but for some reason, the plugin exports a zero value for guest customers. How can I solve this issue?

]]>I am migrating from one WordPress/WooCommerce site to another. I installed the user import/export plugin on both sites and performed an advanced export to the standard CSV file provided by the plugin on the source site. All default values were used excepted the batch size. I browsed the CSV to delete a handful of users and a spot check of the records showed all fields appeared correct. On the destination site, I performed the advanced import. No options were changed except batch size.
The import completed successfully. A review of all the users in the admin dashboard shows the user registration date accurately from 2020 to previous accurately but any user registered between 2021 and present shows a date of February 2, 3940 @ 08:00 pm. I retried the export and import using all the the same options as previously described, but this time setting the import option to update existing users instead of skipping them.
The import was successful, but now, ALL imported users have a user registration date of February 2, 3940 @ 08:00 pm. Any assistance to correct the user registration would be greatly appreciated.
I noticed that when I import a .csv file with all the customers from my old shop into the new shop the are imported successfully.
But some time later I don’t know how long, maybe weeks all the newly imported customers are gone again…
I imported them again, same way and again after some time they are gone again…
How is this possible?
