I thought that the plugin was working after you helped me configure the plugin correctly in my last support post but I have found an issue. I’m using the plugin to hide local pickup from guests and regular customers but it is not doing so 100% of the time.

In Quick View: If I add a variation to cart and then hit the appearing link to View Cart, local pickup shows up when it’s not supposed to.

In Single Product View: If I add a variation to cart and then hit the appearing link to View Cart, local pickup does NOT show up. This is the correct behavior.

But then when I add two products and everything is looking good, if I delete one of the products in the Shopping Cart, the local pickup shows up again.

These are some of the scenarios that I’ve discovered that show inconsistent behavior of the plugin.

Can you help me out with this please?

I’ve set up a rule that value local_pickup:5 only shows for ‘administrator’ and ‘local_pickup_customer’ user roles. But when visiting site as guest or logged in as a regular ‘customer’ user role, I can still see Local pickup option.

So I’m looking for administrator and local_pickup_customer to be able to see local pickup AND all other shipping options and customer can ONLY see regular shipping options (no local pickup option).

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello, super plugin. Working with one country and 2 flat rate and fere shipping, for user groups. But when we want to add a new country and 2 free shippings (for normal visitors and gold members) than its not working.

I added a method using the woocommerce fedex plugin. How do I find the method name:number to hide? flat rate shows as flat_rate:1. The new one doesn’t show

After the plugin done a automatic update a few hours ago the website went down and plugin is showing fatal error and cant activate is a fix coming for this.

We use your plugin and works great, only not for DHL
At DHL if I make two versions, 1 with 50 euro free shipping, one with 100 euro free shipping (resellers) I can not select those at this plugin. Both have the same value (dhlpwc-parcelshop)

This for the standard dhl plugin.
Do you know how to debug this?

The plugin has been working fantastically for the past couple of years, however just today a ‘hidden’ shipping method displayed for the wrong user role and an order was placed. Do you plan to update for compatibility with latest WordPress?

I am trying to get 2 different free shipping rates working.
Rate A: For customers – 5.95 shipping and free shipping if order +95.
Rate B: For Retailers – 7.20 Shipping and free shipping if order +350.

I have added to code works.

The customer & retailers flat rate works, but free Shipping works only for customers.

if order value +95 then show msg (Enter your address to view shipping options.)

Your plugin is a great idea and what I’m looking for, but…

I’m using Weight Based Shipping for Woocommerce, and I want to be able to use different shipping zones for different user roles.

Because I have a user role (wholesalers) where shipping is calculated by weight and for example to Norway rate is $1 per kg.

But also I have user role (distributors) where shipping rate to Norway is defined in different shipping zone and it’s $0.70 per kg.

Do you have any solution for that?

I can not limit which user roles see only selected shipping methods. It is enabled too. I have selected that Admin would see only local_pickup:3. But I still see all my other shipping methods displayed on front end. It seems to have no effect.

Rate A: 50 for Role A
Rate B: 150 for Role B
I have added to role B this code flat_rate:1; free_shipping:10
The flat rate works, Shipping does not.
for every role it just uses rate A
i’m not quite sure what i am doing wrong

I am trying to create separate shipping methods for both regular customers and wholesale customers. I have downloaded the flexible shipping plugin that gives me the option to create two separate shipping amounts but now trying to distinguish these based upon roles.

Does your plug-in work with flexible shipping?

Are you able to update so that we can set rules for Guest Users? These are users that don’t have accounts. The plugin would be perfect if it had this.
