I thought this plugin was working quite well and I was being located under my nearest town (approx 10 miles from my actual location) which was accurate enough for my needs….however – after recently changing internet providers – my ‘location’ on this plugin has somehow moved a further 50+ miles down the road in Liskeard (which also happens to be the home to my Internet Service Provider….coincidence?)
Even more worrying is if I try this on my phone and use 4G – the location shown is Lambeth – which is over 300 miles from my actual location.
Any ideas what’s going on here?

It works well, but if you change IP using a VPN you will need to open a new browser window to see your new IP. It will show your old IP if you just refresh the same window (I have all caching turned off). Would it be possible to get a refresh button or something like that so we don’t have to open the same page in a new browser window in order to see our new IP?

Hello, we were testing the plugin and to be honest works really well. However, we need to get the country of users that fill a particular form and we need that field to be hidden.
I tried to use other shortcodes and they work when the element is hidden but yours doesn’t. Can you please confirm if this is how it should work or theere’s some sort of issue.
