Its possible by this plugin to track user total log in time? I have tried many but they work If someone log in and log out, but if someone log in and close browser, he is threat like still log in. Its any way to figure it out?

I have a man for SEO and we want track if he is doing anything – this is our purspore.

The plugin uses WPSEO_Metabox::translate_meta_boxes function which is deprecated since latest version Yoast SEO 23.5.

Any plans on removing it?

The plugin have some JS issues when loading customize in the appearance

We are interested in using this plugin to capture API request and response data generated by user actions.

When our users register or update their profile the website make various create / update / read requests to a third party CRM and so we would like to capture the requests and responses along with the user action logs that the plugin looks like it would create anyway.

Is there a way that this can be done (happy with a native feature, custom coding using hooks etc)

I’ve got an error since few weeks on a hosting.

The dashboard widget “News From Solwin Infotech” has a timeout error, it is loads for 10 sec before sending me this error:

Something went wrong : cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds

Erreur RSS : WP HTTP Error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

This is very embarrassing for the users of the site. I have this error only on one hosting, not on another website with another hosting.

I’ve tried to fix the error by adding this to my theme:

remove_action( 'plugins_loaded', 'latest_news_solwin_feed' );

and also

function latest_news_solwin_feed() {}

but for some unknown reason, it doesn’t solve the problem, the widget is still displayed on the dashboard.

I’ve finally fixed it by adding comment directly into the plugin:

//add_action( 'plugins_loaded', 'latest_news_solwin_feed' );

but the problem will still appears after a new plugin update. Is it possible to make a fix for this ? for example check if it’s possible to contact the RSS feed, or disable this widget in settings ?

Yesterday I could search usernames in the log viewer but today almost none seem to come up. I just get blank results even though I know they have been logged in and I could search them yesterday. I have made no changes. Log is set to be saved for 3 months.

I?hope you’re doing well today. We’re just reaching out to notify you that we’re observing a very high amount of errors being generated for our site?and it is breaking the website from time to time. Currently the log size is over 4gb which doesn’t sound like a lot until you consider how the log is solely made up of text.?

The same error is populating the logs over and over again at a very fast pace (over 1000 per minute) and it’s coming from the User Activity Log Pro plugin. Here is the error that it’s reporting:

I have a site with a custom login form which I need to link users to. That works fine but when I set up a wp log out button with the link which will redirect users to my custom log in form, it doesn’t work unless I deactivate this plugin.

Recently I’ve updated both my wordpress and UALP (pro version). It turns out that simple:

addLogEvent(‘download’);

doesn’t work anymore. What’s the function to be used now instead?

Because of this part of code in your latest release 1.6.7 this is breaking any admin-post.php call, causing white screen of death.

I really don’t know why this exit is added at all in this place, this function is responsible for filtering with user roles in your admin page.

Plz resolve this as soon as possible, you are conflicting with too many other plugins.

Your plugin causes a problem with the TablePress plugin. It does not allow tables to be added or copied. Disabling/Uninstalling it until I hear it works with it. https://tablepress.org/

We have installed the plugin in the free version and we have noticed that there are many attempts to register with the action “login failed” and author admin or guest. IPs change and look malicious.

We have recaptcha installed. Can we rest assured that the site is protected or should we do something?

There seems to be a conflict with User Activity Log v1.6.7 and WP Rocket v3.14.4.2. These 2 have lived quite harmoniously for some time, but now when we try to flush the cache in WP Rocket, we end up with a blank screen.

Chrome’s Network inspector did not help.

We definitely narrowed the issue down to UAL.

We are running WordPress 6.2.2, PHP 8.0.30 on Linux.

After the recent update of this plugin, there are some conflicting issues with WPML. We can’t save some WPML settings if the User Activity Log plugin is active. We are only able to save and change settings if the User Activity Log plugin is deactivated.

We can also see some console errors while the plugin is active.

Hi,

I recently started using your plugin to test it out for a client of ours. They need a permanent log that is not cleared after a certain amount of days. Your documentation clearly stated, even for the non-pro version, that you can leave the field blank to keep logs indefinitely.

However when I remove any value from the field, the placeholder value of 30 shows up. This makes it unclear for me wether the logs are actually kept indefinitely or that it defaults back to 30 when you leave it blank.

It would be great to get some confirmation on wether leaving the value blank keeps the logs indefinitely in the non-pro version, or if this is only a pro feature.

I have 2 questions about license terms:

1. Is the $99 for ‘Pro’ version a one-time or annual charge? Put another way: Does the feature set revert to the ‘free’ feature set if we don’t pay $99/year?
2. If we have one site with a three-stage production model (dev-staging-production), do we need 3 licenses in order to have ‘pro’ features on our entire dev to prod chain?

I installed the pro version of the plugin, after installation I get a message that I do not have permissions to login. I can’t get to my site. I’m using multisite mode, my account has super administrator role. I checked the plugin on another wordpress installation and it’s the same issue. Thanks for help.

Numerous js conflicts/errors with the loading and use of WPBakery text blocks when this plugin is active. I deactivated this plugin as it isn’t pertinent to my site, but it is definitely an issue needing addressed in the next update.

Is it possible have your plugin send an email to admin whenever a visitor clicks on a downvote button when a coupon code does not work?

When User Activity Log plugin is activated SiteOrigin editor stops working.

we have a subscription site, it is against our policy for users to try and right mouse click, print etc.. we have disabled those options but it would be nice to track who is doing it and how many times so we can warn and ban them is it possible ?

Site using Cloudflare and the logs are not showing the real IP address. IS there a fix?
