Urtak not appearing

I installed Urtak on two sites, and neither are working properly.

First site, a Pageline child theme-iBlogPro, cannot be configured. We’re receiving this error: “Selecting a site has been disabled because communication with the Urtak service has been interrupted.” Within the post editor area this warning “The questions for the Urtak related to this post could not be retrieved. Please try again later.”

The second site, a multi-site environment, and Urtak installed correctly and shows within the post editor area but the Urtak does not show in the post footers.

Any ideas?

if i remove UrtakPlugin::init(); from the plugin the dashboard works

Hi,

Instead the only questions that appear are the default ‘did you like my article’ even though I removed that.

My own questions appear it seems in the admin section of the plugin when I’m logged into WordPress.

Any ideas on how I can solve this?

I am having problems getting Urtak for WordPress to work. After installing the plug-in, it prompts me to either log in or register a new account with Urtak in order to continue.

Neither scenario seems to be working correctly. I have registered at Urtak.com and when trying to log in with the WordPress Plugin, I recieve the following message:

“Your account could not be retrieved. Please check your credentials and try again.”

note: I have verified that the login credentials that I am using are active and correct.

When trying to register a NEW account with Urtak through the WordPress Plugin, I recieve the following message:

“An account with that email address already exists. Please login below.”

Hi guys,

Great plugin — love Urtak. But right now I have two other plug ins that show content below the post — better author bio and related posts. I’d like to have Urtak on top of those. Any idea how to do that?
