Is there a chance to update the code to pass Google Page Speed Insights validation?
Currently it’s returning two problems:
Your plugin used to return “random” posts. It hasn’t done that in years. Clearly i’m not that worried about it, but it would be cool if i could get it to show random content, Vs simply “previous”.

Hi, I have your plugin on 2 websites. And on both of them there is an error, and a notification in Dev Console, when I open your plugin’s settings in admin panel.
Here is a screenshot: https://ibb.co/0Y1LN4c . An error is in English, but notification is not. So I’ll explain: it says, that your plugin’s source map can’t be loaded for some reason.
Tbh, I don’t remember, it this problems existed on previous versions. But I have the latest.

Hi! I’ve just updated your plugin to a new version, and noticed several problems:
1 — In admin panel – upPrev – “Extra” tab (it’s in Russian, so translation can be wrong) there is “Mobile devices” and “Custom CSS” text. And both of them are written twice. Here is a screenshot: https://ibb.co/Lpg4gRx
2 — I turned on “Advance” configuration mode, and added a name for header text. Previously I had it changed in Loco Translate plugin, because your option didn’t exist. And I don’t know, if this caused a problem, but previously I had a category shown in upprev window, and now there is a blank space. 3 — I don’t know, how exactly it triggers, but sometimes, when I try to close / сlose and reopen upprev window, it becomes translucent. Here is a screenshot: https://ibb.co/DrrsBYT . And sometimes it’s even more transparent.
4 — The main problem, that I noticed, is that upprev window doesn’t appear at the right place anymore. Previously I triggered it, when user scrolled right to this header (an arrow at the left is pointing at it) — https://ibb.co/qJnNWSq . It was done by adding a #divforsocial id in upprev’s settings, and in this header’s css. Now upprev window appears randomly, close to the end of page.
5 — Just in case: was it made by purpose to show a little badge, when someone closes upprev window? I know, that this badge reopens it, but it’s so little and inconspicuous: https://ibb.co/qYrSNLC
6 — And lastly: is it possible to return the showing/disappearing styles of old upprev window?

What am I doing wrong?
]]>I’ve had UpPrev on my site for over a year and it’s worked wonderfully. Recently, I haven’t seen the pop up on my site because it is anchored to the bottom of my site near the footer (around 90% scrolled). I’ve changed the offset value from 50% to 25% to 10% to 1% and the placement on the page doesn’t change.
Can someone please assist?

– For consistency, it would be nice if the upPrev menu was under ‘Settings’ rather than ‘Appearance’. Not a big deal – just a nitpicky item.
– It would be great if the slide out could be positioned in any corner of the screen: top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right.

]]>I have a banner ad across the bottom of my pages, which covers up the Upprev flyout in the bottom right corner unless the user closes the ad with the “X”.

Sorry to trouble you, but I am having a few problems with the upPrev plugin as installed on https://www.etfstrategy.co.uk.
1) In my version (the latest), I only see 4 content entry choose methods; I do not see “Related using YARPP (only post/pages)”
2) As no YARRP option appears to be available to me, I have selected “Previous in category”; however: (i) the fly-out box does not appear to display the previous posts in the category; instead, it appears to be a random post. And (ii) it seems to get stuck in a loop and only display the same posts/articles.
I have tried to work out what is going wrong but with out success. I suspect it is as a result of my own stupidity, but I would be very grateful if someone could help me!

Quick question about upPrev in Google Analytics.
I implemented it yesterday evening and I already have 1771 events recorded for it in Google Analytics. While I’d like to think this is based on clicks (that would be great!), I can’t help but feel it’s the amount of times the slider has been “activated”.
Can you clarify this for me?
On average I get 14k+ views a day so I think it lines up slightly with how much it’s “activated” at the bottom of articles.

Great work, I was able to tune your plugin to almost something perfect, with some CSS tweaks. The fade-in is a convenient way not to be too intrusive.
I have many visitors using mobile to browse my website, but because of this, I can only show one post (some users have a very poor resolution), but I would like to show more posts for higher devices.
Is there any way to have a specific count of post to show, depending on resolution?
