It’s a very good plugin: easy to understand and to explore, easy to customize the presentation layer as the very clear html.
Ajax feature is very usefull.
If I could sugget some improvements could be: a widget to allow to vote, a shortcode to embed the feature, a shortcode to list the post/page/items order by vote.
