I have installed this plugin and updated a post and had the settings and I don’t seen the banner and I’ve tried both header and footer

Is there something simple I can do to just show this all the time on every page? I have an ecommerce site I just want people to be confident that the site is attended to.. thanks.. I know I can just use the image in css but I like the ease of turning plugins on and off ??
