I will integrate the plugin with the registration form. I have 2 registration pages and I would like the option: “Subscribe me to the newsletter” to only appear on one of them. it is possible?

Hi. I am trying to integrate this plugin with the registration form. I already activated on the panel and chose the ConvertKit form with which I want to integrate. I inserted this same form on a new page. However no checkbox to the form appeared in this page and I was not added as a user on the site (but the Convertkit application worked)
