HELP!
I just installed unloq on a new website and I’m getting this error.
Can you help?

Just as the title says … UNLOQ has disappeared in from my login page, I have tried with 4 different browsers. Safari, Edge, Firefox & Chrome, and it only works with Chrome. On the other browsers i only see the WordPress logo.
]]>Hi,
This morning our sites won’t load Unloq when I load wp-login.php page. Checked out js console and found this:
GET https://plugin.unloq.io/login.js net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
tested the link in my browser https://plugin.unloq.io/login.js and the SSL cert seems to have expired so the browser won’t load the js file.
iWelcome/Unloq are you please able to update your SSL Cert?
Thanks
Benjamin

]]>This week it has been hard to login with unloq.
I use it on several pages and its same problems on each page.
If i choose to login with one time password it works fine, but not the simple way.
I have not install any new plugins on any of the pages and got latest version of WP.
Any clue?
Hi,
I have re-installed the plugin and made the config but when choosing UNLOQ as authentication I then receive “The application does not have this widget” (using password works).
What have I done wrong?

Hi,
I wanted to know if there is a way to block an IP because they can get my initial password as there is no block Ip option
]]>Hi,
Please help. After successfully setting up the UNLOQ plugin and configuring it, I go to log in to my wordpress page and UNLOQ says i’ve logged in successfully but the wp-admin page never redirects/allows access to the Dashboard. It just stays on the same login page. Please help!!
Hi,
I set up the UNLOQ plugin, set up my email, entered the verification code and started to configure settings, but every time I go back to the UNLOQ pannel on the dashboard menu, it makes me enter my email again to access settings and now it’s encountering an error when trying to send me the verification email. SO I can’t access settings to try to resolve the second error I’m having. The login page is not showing the 2 factor authentication aspect. I don’t know what’s causing this issue. Please help!
Thanks.
]]>Hi,
First thank you for this awesome security plugin. But it is not compatible with php 7.2 version. Could you please fix that at next update?
thanks,
Best regards.
After logging in via UNLOQ (no problem), then logging out, I notice that unless I close my browser completely (or clear the cache), I can still access the snowsoversapporo.com/blog/wp-admin without any authentication. Is there any fix for this? This occurs in both Firefox and Chrome.
]]>Hi latest version has a problem. i can access wp admin (via renaming unloq folder to disable),
if i enable unloq, i can acccess wp admin, unloq settings but cant access all front end pages. it shows 500. i need urgent help. currently i disabled the plugin.

]]>In the past I was able to set /wp-admin with both username/password AND Unloq.
Now on new websites I cannot replicate the same situation.
These are the issues I have found:
I am forced to use a path like /unloq
If i change /wp-login.php to /wp-admin I get a “you are not authorized” message in that page.
In the Users list my account doesn’t have any role assigned (obviously I am administrator).
If i go to /unloq it shows ONLY the Unloq form instead of the 2 alternatives, AND always asks me for password before unlocking with the phone.
What I would like to accomplish is:
keep the /wp-admin and show the 2 alternatives, and obviously without it asking me every time for the password.
I already wrote here in the past, but I still see many bugs unresolved.
Thank you
]]>Hi guys,
Got a couple of sites with Unloq which works great. Now I’m trying to install on a new site and get “Missing email address” on installation, although I did put in the correct email address. Any idea’s? Tried it in Chrome, Safari and Firefox but it’s not working
Thanks!
Kind regards,
Lourens

500 – An Error Has Occurred. Please Check Your Scripts
An error has occurred and the server was unable to complete your request. The server has reported “internal server error” as it it not able to determine the cause of the problem.
The most common reason for seeing this page is because of a website scripting error. Website administrators should check the following:
Incorrect permissions
The top cause of this error is incorrect permissions on a script or directory. Directories that contain web content (including cgi scripts) must be mode 755. CGI scripts must also be 755. PHP scripts outside cgi-bin folders must be mode 644.
Invalid script interpreter
The script interpreter is defined on the first line of the script after the #! and must exist on the server. This is usually perl and needs to be ‘/usr/bin/perl’. If you wish to use php, please use ‘/usr/bin/php5-cgi’. These paths can vary from system to system and it’s important to ensure that they’re correct for this server.
Script uploaded in binary mode
Text files are very slightly different between Unix and Windows platforms. If you upload in ASCII mode, the ftp server will translate the files to Unix mode for you if necessary. If you upload in binary mode, it won’t. CGI scripts are one of the few places on web servers where this difference actually matters.
Script did not output headers
CGI scripts must output HTTP headers. If you’re using PHP, it will do this for you. If you’re using Perl, you must do it yourself or use a helper module to do it for you. You must also ensure that the headers are always the first output generated by the script. It’s not uncommon for test or debugging code to output a message before the headers and that will cause the server to treat the script as broken.
Syntax error in script
This error will be generated if scripts have syntax errors and don’t actually run successfully. You should obtain the relevant interpreter for your script and try to run it before uploading as this is the easiest way to ensure that there are no syntax errors.
Script is trying to use a module not installed on the server
Perl scripts will usually die with an error if a module the script requires is not installed. If you suspect a module you require is not installed, please contact support.
Error in .htaccess
This error will be returned if there is a directive Apache does not understand in the .htaccess file.
What to do if all else fails
If you’ve checked all of these things and can’t fix the problem, our support staff will be able to find out more specific details of the actual problem and give you more detailed information on how to resolve it.
Hello,
On my live site, once the administrator logs out, they get redirected to the UNLOQ URL on my site which is perfect. However, customers on my site gets redirected to the same UNLOQ URL on my site.
How do I redirect my customers who logged out to the Woocommerce Customer Logout Endpoint rather than the UNLOQ URL when they clicked “Log Out”?
Thanks.
]]>(Unloq, v. 2.1.14)
Hello,
I have several protected pages that students and clients need to acces by a regular old school password, standard method, no 2FA here.
However, after entering a password (correct or incorrect) in the text field, I now get redirected to the Unloq login screen, which makes it impossible for other than me to acces the content.
I really need this to stop, but I have no idea how. Where’s the checkbox that I missed?
]]>Hello,
On my live site, I run Unloq v. 2.1.13.
The plugin doesn’t recognize changes to the default login path, but hands me a 404 after logging out, even if I change it back to /login.
The Unloq custom page works until I change the name, then same thing happens. Changing both names at the same time effectively locks me out of my site entirely!
On my local site, I run v. 2.1.11 and everything works just fine – I can change URLs back and forth and still be able to log in.
]]>Updated to 2.1.3 and now I get this “Invalid or expired token” message.
Tested with different browsers.
I miss Clef so much ;(
]]>Hello,
The idea is good but, I can’t change the Authentication type.
Even if I choose “UNLOQ only” or “Password & UNLOQ as second factor”, I always see default login when I access /wp-admin.
]]>Beware if you update to the new 2.x version of Unloq from the last available 1.5x version. I have had numerous problems and had to uninstall the ones I updated. Hoping there will be a fix soon or at least a rollback.
]]>HI,
I have found problem with Unloq. If unloq is activated and set to ” Unloq or passwords” and I create a new user with the “send an email to the user” ticked an email gets sent to the user with a url to click on to reset their password like this:
https://www.mysite.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=aspecialkeystring&login=username
but when I click the link it redirects me to the following url
https://www.mysite.com/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/
the moment I deactivate unloq it starts to work. Turn it back on it stuffs up again.
Can replicate the issues on multiple sites on multiple servers.
Please fix ??
]]>Hi,
Urls like https://www.mysite.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/&reauth=1 are not redirected after successful login.
The automatically added &reauth=1 seems to be causing issues.
Thanks
Michael
]]>Hi,
I’ve been using Unloq for a month or more now and its very nice. But before moving to it from Clef I asked support if they had plans to make an option to force all ADMIN level users to only be able to use Unloq – not email and passwords. This was a very important feature of Clef, which helps prevent brute force attacks on admin level users.
I was told that it was indeed going to be released. That was almost 2 months ago now and nothing yet.
Is that actually going to be released as a feature? If so, do you have an eta?
Thanks so much.
