is it possible to change language and Timezone?

I have just updated Elementor. All other plugins work but this one does not. I de-activated it and the site works. The left hand widgets menu is not accessible – hourglass shows. Pity because it’s a great plugin and the only one that has the posts widget that I like.

My website homepage just ceased to be displaying completely, though other pages are working perfectly.
I actually built everything up with Elementor.
I’ve given it several shots but still not working.
Please I’m urgently in need of helping hand and I’ll definitely appreciate it.
