I have a page to handle the notification subscription to LearnDash. In LearnDash I can update the .po file to translate every triggers. But there’s one I don’t have in the .pot file. LearnDash support told me to check with you as I reckon it’s linked to your plugin.

Trigger label is “A scheduled lesson is available to user with Uncanny Drip by Group”. How can I translate it (without using a translation plugin please, I prefer to use the translation files).

Users purchase a learndash course through Woocommerce

Bothe Woocommerce customers and Learndash users both use the same login form

I have your “Login/Logout Redirects” option setup to redirect users to the Learndash profile page

I have setup your “not enrolled redirect” to go to https://hh.devmemeworx.co.za/my-account page

I have 4 courses and have added this as the redirect url in the settings section of each of the 4 courses

However, non-learndash users are still being taken to the Learndash Profile page on login instead of to the Woocommerce My Account page

What must I do to fix this?

The block itself doesn’t show up at all. The shortcode works, but doesn’t show the correct order or courses. The shortcode we are using is:

[uo_courses enrolled_only=”yes” price=”no” default_sorting=”course-progress,enrolled,completed”]

But the second two courses are showing two coming soon courses (categorized AND tagged and using coming-soon) which shouldn’t be there at all.

When I select the categories I want to show using shortcode:

[uo_courses enrolled_only=”yes” price=”no” category=”management-basics”]

It shows (second position) the exact same items as the first, when the second two courses without images are NOT tagged management-basics (therefore they should not show.)

I haven’t been able to get any of this working at all, it seems to show only these default settings with no regard for what items are in the shortcode.

Below that is what I’d like to see (with dynamic elements like course progress) which I custom created using a feature block with some buttons.

We have the regular and pro version of your plugin installed. When we use the Learndash password rest function (which really just uses the WordPress function), We get 4 emails delivered to the user and only 1 of the email links work, the other 3 say “invalid token”.

When we did testing on our Staging site and deactivated ALL the plugins and went 1 by 1 activating. It seems that the Uncanny Learndash Toolkit, when active and tested the password reset, we get the 4 emails. When the ULT was inactive, we received only 1 email and it had the correct link. Can you possibly provide any insight on why this might be happening?

We have the regular and Pro version of your plugin installed for our Learndash site. When adding a new user, we find that the new user email sent includes an incomplete UREL for the new user to set-up their password. After mucking around on our Staging site and deactivating ALL plugins and then going through the process of one by one, we find that when we activate the Uncanny Learndash Toolkit, that this email starts sending incomplete links again. Could there possibly be a seeting we might be missing within your plugin that requires us to add the Root URL so that this email would be complete?

I use the login module for the login buttons on my website and I’d also like to use WPS Hide Login to prevent brute force attacks on my website.

The problem that I’m having is when I use both plugins in conjunction, I get redirected to a 404 page — because Uncanny Owl Login Module redirects to the system defined login page (which is hidden because of this plug-in).

One of the developers shared: I think Uncanny Owl’s log-in looks for wp-login.php or wp-admin page whereas it should search for wp_login() function.

I have currently disabled the Hide Login plugin on my website because my users weren’t able to login, but I want to reactivate it to protect my website.

Can you please have a look?

Hello,
for some reason, the value of the Resume Button is not translating with WPML. I added the string of the button value filled in on WP-admin, but even then, the translation does not show up on the front end. But the title tag of the button does show the translation. That does not make sense to me.
Can you help me get this translation working?

We installed Uncanny Automator and when I click on Automator –> Setup Wizard or Automator–> Dashboard, it goes to a WordPress Critical error screen.

The website is running PHP version 8.1.28.

I’m trying to test out how it works with HubSpot.

I’m testing recent LD updates (4.10.3 -> 4.12.1 – I tend to hold off on LD updates for several weeks to wait out any bugginess…). After the updates I found that the LD courses were no longer progressing properly – Lessons with Topics started looping back to the same lesson after being marked complete. (The Lessons with Topics with a Quiz seemed to progress normally.)

I am using the Toolkit modules Topics Autocomplete Lessons and Quiz Completion Advances to Next Step.

I then disabled the above modules and retested several times and the courses seemed to progress properly again.

I’ve searched but can’t seem to find anything specific on this issue so far.

My question: Can you confirm that these modules are no longer needed for LearnDash to progress properly with recent LD updates? (I want to make sure I’m not missing something since I couldn’t find anything online about this.)

Hi Uncanny Toolkit, we are using the Uncanny Toolkit plugin alongside with the advised WP 2FA plugin on our website. Though when activating 2FA, the Uncanny login page gives this error when logging in: ERROR: Failed to create a login nonce.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

I’m using Uncanny Groups and am having difficulties changing labels.

In LearnDash I have changed the term ‘Group’ to ‘Team’. However this change is not reflected in the Uncanny Group Management page. I then tried using ‘Say What?’ plugin to try changing the term but this also did not work.

Any ideas?

Hello – I am wondering if there is a way, using your plugin, to hide the Quiz results page. I am using the quiz to provide users with a journal and there is no need to show them their results. Even when I hide all of the fields on the page, they are still transferred to the page. I would prefer they didn’t see it at all.

I rely heavily on all Uncanny Owl plugins and add-ons. I run a platform with courses and the reporting module is vital for me.

I have three questions here:

1/ For the quiz report, I have found two different shortcodes for the same thing:

[uo_group_quiz_report] and [uo_groups_quiz_report]

The second shortcode is with an S in groups.

Is this an error? Which one to use?

2/ If I use any of teh two shortcodes above, I can filter through my groups (as admin and as Group Leader) but when I select any of the groups, I am unable to display any of the courses for that group.

3/ How to modify the front end shortcode for the individual user report [uo_individual_quiz_report] to display a specific user in my group? Is this possible?

I am using uncanny owl toolkit with uncanny owl groups plugin. I am also using Restrict Content Pro to manage membership on my site to manage Learndash courses etc.

Context: I am a group leader and I want to send a “Send Password Reset” link to one of the users. I am using Restrict Content Pro for managing memberships and signups.

The user who receives the reset link by email from the group leader has: To reset your password, visit the following address:

https://www.mysite.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=3QqHmQbS3NUB32YXNlmV&login=Steve

My question: how to change the link of the button Send Password Reset from the default wp-login to my membership plugin (RCP)?

If I keep it as it is now, the user who needs a password rest will be directed to change his/her password via WordPress default login and thus not be able to follow the registration/membership/access flow managed by RCP.

Any help would be much appreciated.

It appears your plugin has a compatibility issue with the newer WP 2FA plugin.
I have updated WP 2FA plugin to v2.6 and got an error.

Seems this method was moved in WP2FA v 2.6 to

I have an online learning website called?theoriestudio.nl. I currently sell to consumers, but I also want to sell to companies. I use LearnDash + MemberPress, but can also download WooCommerce if needed.

I want companies to be able to purchase my subscriptions and then be able to sell/give it to their customers.

For example, I have a 4-month subscription package. Company A should be able to buy 20 packages and sell/give them to their students whenever they want to. At that moment the countdown starts and the 4-month period becomes active.

I thought that I could do this by selling 20 100% coupon codes to companies. A company buys 20 100% gift cards and then just distributes them to their customers. These customers enter the coupon code and can use my product for free for 4 months.

Can this be done with your product? (Uncanny Enrollment Codes for LearnDash)

Also it would be nice if a company doesn’t have to make an account. I want a company to just visit my website, buy 20 access codes, and then just give/sell it to their customers.

On the frontend, there’s a “LAUNCH COURSE” button which opens a lightbox and everything works fine. However, the button is only visible on the page to logged in users. Is it possible to make it visible for guests?

We have recently come across an issue with the Show Certificates module. which is not displaying the certificates at all.

The plugin also prevents us from editing the page in BeaverBuilder.
When we disable the whole plugin we can edit again. However as soon as we reenable the plugin, the certificates will not display and we can no longer edit. Other modules appear to work correctly though such as Breadcrumbs

I’m using the Uncanny Toolkit (Free) Topics Autocomplete Lessons module.

I have a course with Lessons and topics. When the last topic in a Lesson is completed, the user is taken back to that lesson page. Not the next lesson. The user shows that they have completed all topics. Any suggestions on what to try next?

Cloudflare CDN – Purged and then put into development mode.
Browser using incognito mode.
All non-relevant plugins are disabled.

Just recently after install latest version , this activation error occurs from “activate now” The plugin does not have a valid header. However plugin can be activated from the “all installed plugins” page.

I have some downloadable PDFs that I want to add to my subscription product through Uncanny Groups for Learndash. Is there a way to do that, or do the PDFs have to be associated with a course?
