This awesome plugin keeps my whole page running. I have automated nearly everything with uncanny automator. If a client buys an online course, even my gamification features are based on uncanny automator in combination with MyCred.

Of course, there are an incredible number of plugins on the market, many of which have great and useful features and good support. But all of that would not do justice to Uncanny Automator. Not only is its range of functions so powerful, but its support is also top-notch. We had a special, complicated use case that the developers worked on until it was solved. And that’s exactly what makes the difference! Staying on the ball, helping the customer and thus also setting your own product apart from the rest of the market! If I could, I would give these developers 6 stars.

Estou gostando muito do plugin, já utilizo a algum tempo, mas ultimamente tive que utilizar o sistema de e-mail marketing e quando fui tentar vincular a conta da Brevo via API, simplesmente n?o reconhece, já refiz inúmeras chaves de API, mas nunca funciona. Pode ver isso por favor. O Uncanny Automator n?o está reconhecendo a chave de API da Brevo, dessa forma, ficamos sem conex?o.

Functions, development, support: All top notch!
With this plugin you can connect almost every platform and app to WP and WooCommerce. Incoming as well as outgoing data. Uncanny Automator is a very complex tool, so that we are able to realise easy and highly advanced tasks.
Support is there to help and to provide the right steps to follow, through very well thought out and comprehensive explanations. Also the pro version is absolutely worth it to really achieve whatever we imagined so far.
This plugin also permits us to be as compliant as possible with GDPR, as we can define for the webhook and API exactly which customer data is pushed from our server to other apps and automation tools. In our case ONLY first name and email address. This is not possible with WooCommerces own webhooks.
And the team keeps developing and improving every aspect with open ears and eyes for suggestions, to make things even easier.

I have been so impressed with this plugin it has made things so easy to integrate, once you have it you will find many more ways of increasing your productivity you hadn’t even thought of, I wouldn’t want to be without it, the documentation and support is great as well, I couldn’t recommend it high enough.
It is even better than Zapier and you get unlimited ‘Zaps’ for just the one fee.

I’m using the pro version of the plugin because I needed extra functionality. So far I have been blown away by the breadth of the capability of this product, the way it has been designed to work flexibly in many circumstances and how you can do some really quite complex things with it, including looping through posts and users. It compares very favourably with Zapier, but is way, way more capable within WordPress than Zapier ever could be.
Don’t think that this is simple; sure you can do simple stuff with it and the learning curve is really not steep, as the UI is mostly very nicely conceived and executed, but you can get into some pretty complex stuff that would otherwise require a lot of PHP skill and WordPress knowledge.
However if you think the product is good, just wait until you experience their amazing support experience! I have raised quite a few support tickets, a few asking about stuff which goes beyond the otherwise good documentation, one asking if something fairly complex were possible and once when I ran into a bug. On all occasions they came back to me within 24 hours or less with answers, new functionality and a patch, respectively. I mean, when you ask a big software company about a bug or feature request they may come back to you in 3-6 months; these guys are providing solutions in days.

I have been using the free and pro versions of Uncanny Automator as a key part of my technology stack for a few years now, in both single and multisite configs and it has been great. Very robust, reliable and what really sets it apart from other products in this category is the support which is excellent. For months I’ve been trying to lock down a reliable solution for posting to socials when a post is published, even if it’s scheduled. After trying numerous plugins and services, I landed on Uncanny Automator. Not only has it worked really well, but when I’ve stumbled in setting it up, their support has been great in helping me, including kindly pointing out when I missed something in the plugin.
Which brings me to the next point. The plugin has so much more functionality than I realized. Twice now I’ve contacted support with what I thought was an issue, and they directed me to how to accomplish it within the plugin. And I swear I looked!

We use MemberPress to run our membership system and, as a UK non-profit can claim tax rebates on members’ subscriptions. Extracting the data and creating the returns is a manual and time consuming job – about three to four weeks work every year
We also needed to sign users up to various MailChimp audiences and some of that had to be done manually too.
We had a quote for customisation to do Gift Aid – approx ￡2,500 – way out of our reach as a tiny charity.
But a few days work with Uncanny Automator Pro, MemberPress, Google Sheets and MailChimp and we have a fully functional automated system for a fraction of the cost, and we’re identifying other opportunities on a daily basis.

WOW! It was the best decision ever this PLUGIN is great, I’m in love with the things you can do and to be honest I haven’t explored half of it.
I regret I haven’t purchased it a long time ago.
I run a community (buddyboss) website with private groups and my sales had increased with the automation.

Uncanny Automator is the super powerful with so many integration one can not fathom how powerful this plugin can be. It is definitely one of my top 3 plugins to install on all my WordPress websites.
I had an issue with some data that was being returned from Open Ai, I contacted the team and in no time I had a response with a concrete resolution, and instructions on how to implement it. They even updated the plugin shortly there after. Their team is highly proficient!
