Hi,
I’ve found a bug. I’ve tried to add a brand (De’Longhi) on Woocommerce but the name and the label are not displayed. However, if I delete the apostrophe the name is displayed.
Is there any problem with special characters such as an apostrophe? I’ve also tried to add accents but there seems to be no problem at all.
I’m running pro version.
Any help would be very appreciated.

Hi,

I have your extension installed in my site and a week ago, brands list in product page lost alphabetical order and are all over the place. I work with literally hundreds of brands and it is impossible for me to work with this situation.
I understand that you are not offering support to not bought plugins. My question is if I buy the plugin is this a problem that can be fixed? Thank you

I am using ultimate brands plugin and all was going great!! But after a few weeks of uploading products and number of brands increased, the brands list, on the product admin page, went crazy and all over the place (not in alphabeticall order). Because I have a lot of brands it is impossible – takes a lot, LOT!!!, of time – to find the one I am looking for. Your plugin unnecessarily starts a PHP session for every page.
File: ultimate-woocommerce-brands/mgwoocommercebrands-light.php
Line: @session_start();

This effectively kills cacheability when WordPress is used with caching servers like Varnish.
Not only this, but it’s also not using WordPress conventions / builtin functions to start sessions.

Please do not put junk inside your code, and remove the existing junk on priority.

I’m going through all my products and assigning brands, however I found that some brand names display under product on product and category pages and some don’t.

Out of 22 brands for far, 20 display and 2 do not.

The widget “Shop by Brands” displays the correct number of products assigned to all brands.

I’m pretty puzzled as to why?

Can anyone help?

Brands page shows 404

When I try to go to the page that would have the products associated with the brands, it just goes to a 404 page. For example mysite.com/brands/alvarez/. We are using WP all import Pro to pull in products and the brands are assigned that way. I see them loaded in the plug-in and also in the widget but cannot access the page when you click on the link in the widget, just 404. Latest version of wordpress and theme (Enfold) as well as woocommerce. Please advise. Thanks!

I’m using your plugin on a client site and I’m facing issues with the widget on product page and category page. (I’m asking it here as these features are free for the plugin and can be resolved here.)

When placed on the Shop Left Sidebar widget, it shows on the product and category pages but all the brands are visible instead of showing just the brands for that particular category.

How can we just show the brands for a particular product category instead of all the brands listed on the website?
