I just started my first auction. Since auctions are dynamic, are there any issues I should be aware of when using the OpenLiteSpeed web server with LiteSpeed Cache and a CDN on AWS CloudFront?

I am using yith-woocommerce-auctions-premium plugin and on the product page, I can bid with the user that are having admin role. Besides the admin role, no other user can bid. It takes me to undefined URL. With admin it appears to be working fine.

Not sure what I may have done to not set this up right but when any of the actions are chosen (Buy Now, Bid, Add to Watch List) nothing happens.

I have created a user at https://brycebarry.com/wp-login.php?action=register and then logged in and gone through the actions then too.

Add to Watchlist SAYS it worked, but when I go view the list, there are no items there. Returning to the item I added, it again says I can add to the list.

I follow this guide to import auction products. I have done a csv export of a manually added auction product, then added the custom columns to the csv file according to (https://docs.auctionplugin.net/article/91-how-to-import-bulk-auction-products). But when i try to import this csv file it will not set the auction related data. Why?

I have a problem, and that is that the settings are not saved, I change anything and when I click on save it does not save, such as Allow the administrator to bid in his own auction. At first it was fine, now suddenly it doesn’t save anymore. I hope your help!

Hello, how to set up that registred users can list auctions without set uping store?

We are getting multiple emails this week that people are getting the email that they have won auctions, but when the click on the Pay Now button, it is going to their cart and saying the cart is empty.

I am new to this and have added the free version to a website shop. I have found that customer gets an email saying they have won, clicking the Pay Now button takes them to the basket page but the basket is empty!

This is a member only site so I can’t link to the page. Site created using the DivI builder and WooCommerce. No problems with normal sale items.

Have I missed a setting?

We’ve purchased the pro version of this plugin, we have the Ultimate Auction Pro Software Theme and the Ultimate Auction Pro Vehicle Software theme (active). My search has not led me to anything. Can you please help me out?

A need to add an update to other fields in the database when an auction is closing.

I’m new to this plugin, and I’m quite pleased and surprised with everything it has to offer. Recently i added it to my Woocommerce wordpress platform, and it seems to work seamlessly, Only problem I’ve encountered is uwa_auction_bage_icon gets uploaded instead of the first image.

While in Inspect mode, i found its inheriting Position: relative; , when turned this style off, it automatically inherits Position: absolute; , hides itself all together, and shows the original image.

Any advice how to deal with such issue?

The admin email for a new bid are not showing the translation for Bid?item?on {site_title} and ?Bidder placed a bid on {site_title} even though they are translated with Loco translate like the others that are fine.

Auction page has stopped working. I think it was that the page was automatically upgraded to Php 8.1….. in the past every time php was updated we had to go back to an earlier version to keep the auctions working. But unfortunately the old versions are no longer an option for us.

Hi I installed ultimate auction and added an auction product however I have noticed since some other non auction products have lost visibility. I deactivated your plugin and the missing products reappeared. I would like to reactivate but perhaps you can help me fix this.

I am getting a PHP error on a page that has a live auction going, I believe this is related to the PHP version being updated.
Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: float + string in /www/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-woocommerce-auction-pro/includes/class-uwa-product.php:1519

As expected, when I change line 1519 (added float) as so, this fixes the issue:

$curr_price = $storage[$i-1];
$new_bid_inc = $this->get_directbid_variable_bid_inc($curr_price);
$storage[$i] = (float)$storage[$i-1] + $new_bid_inc;
// $storage[$i] = $curr_price + $new_bid_inc;
$val = $storage[$i];

Is this something you can / are going to fix in the plugin on next update?

Just setting this up and trying to work out where the private messages go? do we get notifications for these as well?

I have the free version of Ultimate Auction. Auction “time left” is not showing up on product page. In setting I have set up countdown settings yowdHMS. I also tried ticking “Hide compact countdown format and display simple format.” But countdown is still not showing up. Could you help please?

I have configured everything correctly, in the bid product page I do not see the box to insert the amount to bid by the user, I see include to the watchlist.

I have read that with the free features it does not appear, you have to add it through a shorcode, even so I add this:

And it still does not work, I get a blank screen without finishing loading.

When adding a Product to a Watchlist, a link appears for “View Watchlist” but that just goes to the Account page. It should really go to the Watchlist which is under the Account page:

my-account/my-auction-watchlist/

In file uwa-watch.php around line 28-29 I think this would fix it, adding /my-auction-watchlist/ after the link.

Thank you for building and sharing this great plugin! I have two small change requests regarding translating the plugin:

1. After the auction has ended, the text “Auction has Expired!” in the light green box on the product page is not translated (not exactly present in the pot file, perhaps because of the capital E?). Could you add it to the pot file?
2. The text “Congratulations! You are the winner! of the auction product %s.” (line 22 from email template auction-winner.php) is not present in the pot file and therefore not able to translate it without copying the template. Could you add it to the pot file?

Is it possible to add to cart an auction automatically if the user wins, without clicking a “Pay now” button or something ? i’m not talking about the automatic pending order, just adding to the cart.
