All was well until about a week ago (sorry, I can’t tie it down to a specific event like a plugin update). Now, when I am logged in as Admin, most content on my home page is not showing – just a few headings. The page, built with Site Origin Page Builder contains Visual Elements and Site Origin Heros. However it does show correctly when I am logged out or in an incognito / private window. I have cleared all caches. When I deactivate the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget plugin, the page shows okay as Admin, but, as expected, I cannot make any edits to the Visual Elements due to the missing plugin.
Any ideas so I can continue to make edits to this page please?

Preventing edits on posts and pages. Read through alot of post.
Here is what i have done:
1. Have disabled all plugins event TinyMCE

I’d like to AVOID problems so I’m posting here IN ADVANCE of trying to upgrade my WordPress site FROM v. 3.8.3 TO v. 3.9.1. I have Ultimate TinyMCE 5.2. It is on a Child of Hybrid theme. My questions:
(1) Should I update TinyMCE to 5.3 before upgrading WordPress?
(2) Once I upgrade to 3.9.1, how – exactly – do I transfer everything I’ve done with Ultimate TinyMCE on site’s text over the years to WPEdit?
(3) Is it likely that WPEdit will successfully import everything I’ve done on TinyMCE, or is there likely to be stuff lost that I need to somehow figure out?

However, I found that some of the buttons of Ultimate Tinymce editor are invisible (shows nothing on the buttons but grey background colour). When I mouseover it, it promotes with description of that buttons (The buttons are there but not visible).

]]>Hi, I installed the plugin and it is great, but I also have some code in my functions php file to allow for a custom formatting menu drop down. Under settings / TinyMCE Advanced/ Editor Settings I am able to drag the formats drop down to the menu, it displays in the editor but none of the styles are showing up. So when you select the Formats drop down it is blank.
I will include my php code below, it would be great if anyone could offer some assistance on how to get it to work with the plugin. Cause I dunno what to do. 8-/

I used your plugin together with TinyMCE Advanced. From you plugin i used ‘Insert Equation Button’ which unfortunatelly lacks in compare with Math Type MS Word application. Now this buttons dissapeared and my customer also goes to dissapeared also!

I updated WP, and got the notice to change to WP Edit and remove TinyMCE. I did, and now i have nothing but problems. My WYSIWYG feature in the visual editor no longer works–images are not text-wrapped, there’s no icon anymore to edit the images. Previous posts now show up that way, too in the editor, so I can’t see them as they are in the actual posts. They seem to be presenting properly on the site, but in the editor, they are all screwed up with text wrapping. And since i can no longer edit the images i insert, i can’t place padding around them or place them left or right or center, because there is no longer an edit icon on the image while in the visual editor. IS there a solution to this? I deleted the WP Edit plugin and the TinyMCE plugin as well.

Excellent plugin but I am having an issue where the buttons or toolbar does not show. Am I missing a switch somewhere to activate it.
I installed the plugin as described and I loaded the default settings and I have no toolbar showing.
I also made sure that the tick box “Disable the visual editor when writing” was checked off.
The only thing I could think of is that one of the security plugins is blocking it. I have Word Fence and iThemes installed.
Any help is appreciated.

]]>Josh, I am not sure if this a strategic or a circumstantial move but consider this, I happen to use UTM a lot and I have an accounting website. Now I cant use,
1. I can’t give colors to Tables with WP-Edit.
2. I cant put border colors.
3. Text color option doesn’t give me custom color options (only preset).
4. The size of the text can’t be resized to 16px (Not sure if this Plugin or Wp3.9)
All of these in just 5 minutes of WP-Edit use which makes me look for something like UTM now… I know u listen to people and hence you would take this as a feedback or WP-Edit will die before its hatched.
