When I submit a review, it says success but it does not post. It also does not show up under All Reviews in the admin CP.
]]>I saw in a tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCoT1sr7rPg) that users can review multiple categories, however it’s an old tutorial and I can’t find where to do that in the current version. I only see the add categories but when I go to leave a review it only let’s me select a category for the review, not rate multiple categories out of five. How do I make multiple review categories like that? Thanks!
]]>I was wondering if it would be possible to have a page where only the reviews for one product show up instead of having to manually sort whatever product you want to see. Thanks!
]]>How do you change the code of shortcode? I’m using a plugin called WP Ultimate Reviews, and on this specific page I’m using the submit-review shortcode that let’s users submit their reviews. When you go to the actual website it says “Product name” at the top because you select what product you’re reviewing. I want it to change it to “Bus name” since I’m making a bus review site, however in the visual editor it doesn’t let me change that text, and in the code editor it just shows the shortcode, not a way to actually edit what’s in the shortcode.
Do you know how I would go about doing this, or is it something that’s specific to my plugin? Thanks!

]]>I am trying to help with a website that someone else managed. There were almost 800 spam/phishing reviews that needed to be cleaned up.
After cleaning up, I noticed that there were updates to WP, the theme and several plugins including Ultimate Reviews.
I updated all. Afterwards, Ultimate Reviews was disabled. I re-enabled and all of the settings were gone. I’ve tried my best to restore settings, and I only have one known problem remaining.
There are 3 select reviews, each in a Widget. The widgets are displayed just above the footer on every page of the website. The problem is that I’ve lost styling and more importantly the text of the reviews is missing. I don’t know if this is a theme problem or a plugin problem. The theme is customizr.
Any ideas?
]]>I′m using Woocommerce.
Looking at the WP database I can see the review on both wp_comments and wp_posts.
When I delete a review from wp_comments nothing happens to the review itself.
Question: What′s the need to have inputs on wp_comments?

]]>Hi – I have an issue with the submit review form.
I have the “Review Scores Input” set to “Stars,” and I’ve had it this way for a long time. However it’s now just showing as a text box.
I can change it to select, which works right. If I change it to text, or change it back to stars, it still just shows a text box.
Can this be fixed?
Thanks!

It would be cool to have the ability to assign a particular skin to a category movies might use the hearts or thumbs skin while the apps category would use the circle graph and books would use simple stars
]]>Hi Support,
Does your plugin support half star functionality?
I mean to say that when user submitproduct reviews from the frontend, they can choose half star also like- “1-5 stars in .5 star (half star) increments (so really TEN levels of “star”)”.
Waiting for your swift reply.
Thanks,
Divya
Even the reviews are shown on desktop width 1024 and up, only 2 reviews per are line displayed while I set 5 reviews showing.
So reviews only shown the left side of the browser window.
Please help or instruct how to solve this issue.
I am using:
* WordPress ver 5.7.2
* Elementor pro
* Ultimate Reviews ver 3.0.8
set 5 per page, Thumbnail view.
does this also work if the customer do not have an account?
can it be used as a site review? i only have one product so does not make sense to only show the review on the product

HI, I am interested in both your FAQ and Review product. Are the two integratable so I can add a review rating to the FAQs? If not, what do you recommend? We don’t use woo commerce and we are not a product company. We want FAQs for discussion forums and review rating on posted FAQ answers.

Happy to have found this plugin. I’d really like to try out the pro before purchase. I see that you offer a 7 day trial, but I can’t find a box or setting in admin to enable the trial. Thanks for any instructions.
