]]>Hello, all photos in the catalog are the same size 700x700px.
I have a problem with displaying products on the page.
With the option “Disable Auto-Adjust Thumbnail Heights” checked in the settings, empty spaces appear between products in the catalog.
However, after disabling this function, after switching between pages 1 and 2 of the catalog, the photos and product names do not load correctly.
after removing all product photos and leaving the “original empty image” – the problem does not occur.

Hello – We are looking into an online product catalog for WordPress and installed and tested Ultimate Product Catalog. When I edit or create a product, there is no place to upload images. Is this because it’s the free version? Or is there an error with the plugin?

]]>I noticed a conflict between the Ultimate Product Catalog and the Essential Blocks (Gutenberg Blocks).
As an example, I have included the accordion in a product page.
If I go to the default product page, https://website.com/upcp_product/gaming-monitor/, it works fine.
But if I call the product page via a created product catalog, https://website.com/gaming/?singleproduct=34, the Essential Blocks do not work. Reason for this is that the required scripts are not added on the “singleproduct” page. For example, the accordion mentioned “”, this is missing on the “singleproduct” but is present on the “/upcp_product/gaming-monitor/” page.
Is this a bug from the Ultimate Product Catalog plugin?

I updated the ultimate product catalogue plugin on friday and it crashed my site, i was unable to access it for 2 days. It now works but the product catalogs are destorted, the images have changed sizes and there are alot of white spaces. It was working perfectly before the update. Any help please at restoring how it was before?

]]>Working on a test site and am really trying to make this work. All of a sudden, every time I try to access Settings, I get the following message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” On my main site, nothing seems to work, the main page is blank except for the title and search box as well as the icons on changing the look! My main site is running PHP7.4 and my test site was running 7.4 but I upgraded it to 8.2. Would love to get my main site to work. Am now using the CATABLOG (a really old version) on my main site.

However when you look at the categories listed under a new search there is only 3 showing. There are 5 categories on file.
Why are the rest not showing.

BUT it actually is categorized under Industrial solutions
You can find the flute board doing a search on polymer category, but not “Packaging and promotion” because that category is not showing up on the catalog.

Hello, I have a problem with the catalog page when I try to show product of a sub-category. I have a main category called ‘Wevosys’ with a sub-category called ‘Wevosys Lingwaves modules’ This sub category has 11 products in it. When I use the sidebar to check the box of the ‘Wevosys Lingwaves modules’ category, it says ‘no results found’. How can I fix this? Thanks for your help!

I don’t have a Sub Categories tab in the backend and there’s no Sub Categories section when adding a product. There is a Sub Categories column in the list of products.
Is this a problem with the install or have Sub Categories been removed?

So we recently updated plugin from 4.4.1 to version 5.1.9 (yes that was pending from long but couldn’t update it due to some issues from the approval from client’s side). I’ve managed to make all the templates look like the older styles but I’m still seeing some issues:

The first link (from older plugin) shows the correct price whereas on second site (where the plugin was updated), the price shows the wrong amount. In backend, https://www.screencast.com/t/Mn5fVnaagh, it looks like as values from “Capacity” were copied over to the “Price” field.
2. Custom fields are not showing properly after the update. https://www.screencast.com/t/NOaP8mdT I believe this is because the custom fields inputs are now of type=”number”, whereas earlier it was of type=”text”, so it had combination of letter and numbers. https://www.screencast.com/t/FkKQ57xy9
The values still show on the frontend of the site as it may be being pulled over from the database, but its not correct as these values seem to be lost on updating a single thing in the Product post type.
Please help with these issues and let me know if there’s an easy way to fix these.

I have installed your plugin and it appears to be working well so far. The only issue I’m having is that when I click “Save Changes” on the bottom of the Basic Settings window, I get a “critical error on this website” message. I can click save on all the other settings pages with no issue.
