I updated my theme and WordPress to 4.7.3 yesterday and everything went smoothly except my Ultimate Popup Plugin stopped working. There is now floating text on my homepage – [ultimate_popup id=”1429]. I deleted the plugin from my website and cleared my browser cache and cookies, but will not disappear. How can this be resolved?

I have two questions to you:
I have website.My website sidebar have one option to download ebook.I want,when some one click down load button then show automatic poppup.
1.How possible?
When popup showing the name,email and phone number.When the user fulfill name,email and phone number then popup show message information’s already sent.then my ebook pdf redirect and down load.
