I’d like to provide the option for visitors to verify their email address with 2 fields so that they won’t include any typo in it. Is there a way to set up the logic that 2 fields must equal in order to submit the form?

When you receive the email with the options selected, is there an option to show what the options are in the form?

For example if someone select 10 options it only show option 1, option 3 in the email?

Hi, I installed the plugin and I am using it on the current page. This is a dev site right now until we launch on the actual domain.

Some of my fields are required and others are not. Whenever I try and submit a test form, my “submit application now” button just spins for a quick second then does nothing (no email or error message saying there are required fields that need to be filled in).

Hi,

After submitting form emails are not send to wet email adresses in WPAdmin and also not to the user.

Emails also not in SPAM folder.

I also test srnd email from out of Admin to new created user and this test is: positive.

At first I chose contactform 7 because of the many 3rd party plugins.
though I couldn’t get contactform 7 to send forms via WP Email SMTP.

Ultimate form-builder-lite works great for me and it has a nice and intuitive builder.

Would like to have a sender ip-address option. Will this be a feature in an upcoming version or is there maybe a 3rd part plugin which provide this?

We are not receiving submission to our form to our email. We have the email set up with the same url name. The Hosting provider that the client is using a windows IIS server has locked the site to read on write only and he wont allow us to have execute on any of the folders. Could this be the problem why we are not receiving notifications when a form has been submitted? I want to pin point if this is an issue with the plugin, our settings or the hosting provider. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all let me thank you for putting up an amazing plugin. Although Contact Forms looked easy to me when I began I realized recently that it is not. This is I believe the third and the last plugin I shall use to put my Contact Form to work. This one was easy and in no time it was up.

Now the problem is after filling up the details, solving the reCaptcha when I hit the the Submit it takes forever. However the unpublished version seems to be working without any problems. I am afraid I feel irritated about Contact Forms now. Or is it to do anything with the Google’s reCaptcha.

Any help will be angelic.

Whenever someone submits a form, I can see the form in Form lists in the ultimate builder options panel. However, the forms are not being forwarded to the emails that I have setup in Form settings.

Hello! I’ve been using Ultimate Form Builder Lite for over 6 months now and recently I ran into a bug…

I have several forms set up: A general contact form and several individual contact forms. The general contact form is directed to two emails and the rest go to separate emails:

General form: [email protected] and [email protected]
Susan Individual form: [email protected]
Bob Individual form: [email protected]

Yesterday, Susan’s Individual form was forwarded to Lily’s email and Susan didn’t receive it at all.

I recently added Lily’s email to the general form receiving list. Was there some kind of bug or could the forms be mixing up somehow?
