In FAQ entries that contain an image, I sometimes (but not always) see that image duplicated on front-end. I read in another post that could be related to a conflict with lazyload and cache plugin. I do have WP Rocket installed on that website. Is there anything I can do to avoid that problem ?

Hello, is there any way to translate the content of my FAQs with WPML? I just found the possibility to translate all static values of the plugins, but it seems that the FAQs itself are not translatable. Any solutions? Thanks! BR

Using this Plug-in and it looks great only thing what happens and I can’t seem to fix is the following.

When something is typed into the search bar and then removed none of the FAQ documents are shown anymore and the page needs to refresh before I can get them to show again. Any ideas?

When an accordian item is clicked, the page scrolls down and the content is not visible.
The item should stay “in focus” when it is clicked, regardless of where it is in the list of items.

Trying out Ultimate FAQ w/ premium trial. The first FAQ answer is not following the styling settings like all the other FAQ answers are. I a using the Contemporary FAQ Display Style and no custom CSS. I swapped out the first FAQ with another and that answer does not follow the styling I selected. Something with that first slow in the list?

Using Ultimate FAQ I’m now (Feb 2024) getting images being duplicated in all my Q&A posts.

Does this plugin (free or paid) allow users the option to sort FAQs by topic or date?

My site will organize FAQs by topic. However, I would like return visitors to be able to see new FAQs without having to scroll through those they have already seen. Will this let me do that?

Hi the previous owner of my website paid for the license for the advance feactures of the website. The website is still the same, but the server as changed. On the definitions page of the plugin the premium, fields, labeling and styling pages open but are empty just the tile and the saves changes button. Is there a problem with plugin, i do not mind paying for another license but i find no way of activating it.

After trying different settings the plugin suddenly give us this error in the admin using any of the FAQ blocks:

Error loading block: The response is not a valid JSON response.

And on the front end pages where we already added FAQ blocks they now either return nothing where the block is inserted or gives a 500 error.

When I added shortcode [ultimate-faq-search] to FAQ pages, the Collapse All and Expand All shows twice and after removed the shortcode.

Is it possible to set a custom toggle symbol per FAQ? So that each individual FAQ hasn’t its own individual icon from my wordpress media library?

I’m hoping this can be done with CSS, with either the free or the premium version. I’m not a premium user yet, but could be if this is an option!
