Does the Pro version support an image gallery using images from an ACF gallery field?
]]>Hi Spectra Team,
on the above metioned website I use the Spectra block “Zeitachse” (timeline). When I try to edit the page I get an error (see attachment).
I tried to roll back to the Spectra version 2.16.4 but that did not solve the problem. Plug-ins are updated, the website runs with WP 6.2.2
What could be the reason for that? And how to solve it?

Spectra (lazy loading) corrupts the theme. According to server engineers “The Astra plugin is not generating a request to load assets ..” and the theme breaks. Suppport ignored my screenshots and threw the ball back at me saying it “SEEMED FINE” after months of it not loading and losing traffic and $$$$$ work. I wish I did more research on this Astra theme and it is the same company that produces Spectra. I wasted months of work.

]]>I started a new site in WordPress and then I copy it all the plugins I had from my old side and set everything up. Then I notice if I am logged in and I’ve just done an edit the site works fine
If I wake up and open the site for the first time it is unformatted there’s no CSS and the theme is not applied
I also notice that when I am on any page on the site it redirects me to the root page of the site. It returns a 200 and then JavaScript runs to take me to the home page
After a lot of testing I have identified this happens when Spectra is activated and is fixed when it is deactivated
For privacy I can’t share the site here, but do you have any ideas how I can check what is happening?
]]>Hello, the block to use Lottie animations works very well, I only see a few details:
- By default, neither the plugin nor the Spectra One theme allow uploading Lottie or SVG files, and the function suggested in Lottie – Spectra gives an error, so I use other plugins that have allowed me to do so.
- It seems that the settings in the general sidebar panel > content work well, I just notice that when choosing viewport the animation stays in a loop despite not choosing that additional option

]]>Hello, I have a problem probably with the Spectra plug-in.
So far everything was working ok, however every now and then my site crashes completely. It doesn’t happen all the time and to track down the error I have to have the developer tool open and wait until the page crashes again to see the errors.
As the site is quite popular I am anxious to get it working properly.
Below I’m tossing the error I got displayed in the console, I assume one is related to the other (at least that’s what Uncle google told me).
Unfortunately I didn’t take a screenshot of the crashed page, but more to the point is that just as the page usually has all the styles fixed, during the error it is completely crashed, content that is centered suddenly goes completely out of the window, as if the design setting of the page is completely changed.
I use: 2.15.1 version of Spectra

Hi,
on my website I am using Google Maps block. It works fine when set with the general address of my business’ location. But I would like to set the Google Maps so it would show specifially my business – so in the upper left corner would be the name of my business, the reviews, and you could click through not to see just the plain address, but my google business profile.
In the Google Maps block settings, there is only one field for address. I tried to enter my business profile name followed by the address, but it works only halfway – when first visiting the page with the block, the map show different place in the same city, it’s shifted. After refreshing the page it reloads and shows correctly the map with my business name. But it’s not consistent.
Is there a better way how to set the google maps block to show my business profile consistently?

If i deactivate the plugin the message goes away but i need that pluging for my site.
Debug should not be displaying (at least for what i could see on the php file)

Изображения в редакторе блоков через плагин Spectra отображаются как полагается.

Пробовал откатить плагин Spectra на прошлые версии проблема не решилась.
Через другие плагины вставлял изображения, такой проблемы не наблюдается.
Проблема присутствует исключительно с изображениями добавлеными через плагин Spectra.

I have shut every plugin except for spectra, Starter Templates, SureForms. Even when I shut Starter Templates, SureForms problem persists.
I have tried to clear cache. Hard reload on editor page. Does nothing.
Tried Asset Regeneration. It fixes it for a minute and then it happens again.

I have an issue with using Spectra Container block and it’s full width is not really full. You can see the same cover block used below with Gutenberg and it’s really going 100% in width of the screen.

I didn’t notice when exactly, but now when using Russian localization in the WordPress administration system, the block names and their characteristics are specified in English. And I need Russian.
Around the same time, all the feedback forms broke down. They work, but when you try to edit them, Spectra asks you to correct them and when you correct them, the names of the “Message” block and the text on the button again become in English.
Can I fix this somehow, or do I need some action on your part??

Я не заметил, когда именно, но теперь при использовании русской локализации в системе администрирования WordPress, названия блоков и их характеристики указаны на английском языке. А мне нужен русский язык.
Примерно в это же время сломались все формы обратной связи. Они работают, но при попытке редактирования, Spectra просит их исправить и при исправлении, названия блока “Сообщение” и текст на кнопке снова становятся на английском языке.
Я могу это как-то исправить или нужны действия с вашей стороны?
]]>I am using Asrtra with Spectra. Recently I installed Optimole. It all works fine except the logo on my footer. For some reason it keeps resizing the logo to 48 x 48. I view a few responses from optimole forum, and they don’t seem to be very responsive.
Any ideas where it is picking up the 48 x 48? I tried to look at the settings for the widget that holds the logo on the footer, but seems only option I have is to change the image. I don’t have access to “image size” or custom image size.
Any ideas?
I am updating a website and have installed Spectra (free version) to build pages using the Astra theme. I tested all my changes on a staging site first and now I need to recreate these changes on the live site (this is for a non-profit so there are no funds to buy the pro version of the staging plugin to automatically push changes to the live site). Spectra installs fine but when I edit a page it gives me an error saying it can’t save or publish, probably because I am not connected to the internet. This is definitely not the case because I can perform other functions in WordPress and the web. When I navigate back to the Spectra plugin it does not even load the settings menu for me to view. This same is happening with the Custom Fonts plugin (Brainstorm Force). Any advice?

The natural solution is to force to direct method, as mentioned in this replay.
I am a hosting provider and we use the SSH2 method to create a security layer for interacting with the WordPress file system. It does not allow PHP-FPM user to write to write to directories other than the uploads directory.
This plugin does not support this approach.
In my opinion, writing to the uploads directory should not to use the global wp_filesystem object. The WordPress core does not use. The wp_upload_bits function is an example. Writing outside of the uploads should have the same experience as, for example, installing a plugin. When the FTP credentials is asked when it not set by constants.
I could not use any hook to swerve this behavior and respect the security settings applied to our WordPress installations.
