I did routine core and plugin updates and now I am getting the below error when I activate the plugin with DEBUG on. . I have done all of the usual troubleshooting things like checking one at a time, confirming PHP version is 8.1, increased memory, installing a new copy of the plugin. I’m hoping this is something easy that I have overlooked.

Hello,

A freelancer added this to a site I created a while ago when I was unavailable.

It seems the editor won’t work with PHP 8.3 and I’m not wanting to licence BB so need to remove the builder plugins. Is there a way to see ‘where used’ or even just what modules are actively used?

Or do I just have to turn it off then sift through each page to see what’s not working f I deactivate it.

After the automatic update, the styles of this page broke. I tried installing the previous version of UABB, but it doesn’t work either. The strange thing is that if I’m logged in, everything looks fine, even the same page, if I edit it in Beaver Builder, it looks fine. However, when I view it in an incognito window, it looks bad. Hi,

I have the following problem – I’ve created a page which should display only products that are on sale. I’m using the Woo – Products widget the display the product and everything is working as expected when there are products on sale, but when there are no product on sale instead of not showing any products the widget is showing all products from the store.

Is this a bug in the widget or this is expected behavior?

Hi,

I have added the accordion module to all of our pages and in most cases, it is working fine. For some reason, on the page referenced, a few of the items won’t open. Under Daily Fitness Schedule, Monday, Tuesday, Mix it up Saturday and Class location key will not expand. The others in this accordion, as well as others on the same page and other pages, work fine.

Disclaimer – I have bought UAE not Beaver Builder however there isn’t a WP forum for that unfortunately.

I bought it a few days back but haven’t received any support despite 10+ requests to their dedicated 24-hour response team.

I have now requested a refund via support / emails / Skype e.t.c. and everything has been ignored for 3 days … is this a scam?

I have seen this issue raised before on WP and their founder Sujay says refunds are dealt with immediately (or to email him) – but I’ve tried that too. Anyone have any advice?

Dear Support,

We find that the images on the front of flip boxes are not being lazy loaded.

The flip boxes you see on our home page are built with Ultimate Addons Lite for BeaverBuilder and the rest of the page is built using the BeaverBuilder plugin. The theme is GeneratePress.

For lazy loading, we use this plugin:

Would you have any suggestions how we can lazy load the images in flip boxes?

Newest plug-in update slowing down WP Admin

There seems to be an issue with the latest Ultimate Add-ons update and my site. I updated to v 1.3.1, and anything I click on in my WP Admin dashboard is very slow to load. When I deactivate the plug-in, everything runs smoothly like you’d expect. Currently, I have rolled back to version 1.3.0, and everything is running well. Makes me think there must be something conflicting with the update.

Hello!

I am working on a site that I recently added a “Related Products” section to (located at the bottom of each product page). I used the UABB Module “Woo – Products” and got the products all set up how I would like them, but the “SELECT OPTIONS” buttons (Add to Cart buttons) seem to have a “nofollow” attribute added to them. Is there a way to remove the “nofollow” tag? Thank you for your help!

Info Table module – Cannot change main Heading color

RE: the “Info Table” module, going into Settings > Typography > Heading

I added a custom color to the main background, a medium blue, and used white as the highlight background color. Then used “Design 02” setting for the table. This made the “Heading” the medium blue background color and the rest of the table has the white background color.

When I set the main background color to medium blue, that also set the Header text to the same color. When I tried to change the Heading text color under Typography, to white, it never changed. As a result, with the medium blue background and the Header medium blue, the heading text was invisible.

I had to go to custom CSS and change the Heading color that way,

.info-table H2 {
color: #FFFFFF !important;
}

Then the heading text color becomes white.

I believe the main background color setting is controlling the heading text color and the Heading text color is unchangeable using the applicable settings in the module. Only custom CSS changes the Heading color.

A lot of people will be caught short with this because a lot of people do not know CSS to make that work.

UABB not working with Astra Theme

Hello,

It seems that UABB is not working with the Astra theme. The Beaver Builder plugin itself works, but when I try to load or save any module, I get a message that says Beaver Builder is having trouble saving.

Reached out to BB support and they tested it and confirmed that I need to talk with you.

Hoping you can help me here (and anyone else who uses the Astra theme + UABB).

there’s a bug in the hotspot modul which pushes the right sidebar under the main content, makes the tooltips look strange and it’s not possible to edit the moduls under this one.

Icon List Won’t Save

Trying to change the text under “General Information” to a different email address. It allows me to edit, but when I click “save” at the bottom of the edit box, a little blue circle spins endlessly next to the list item I edited. And when I click “save” on the Icon List window, it closes but no changes show and the whole Icon List section turns pale/gray and non-interactive. I then have to reload the page to be able to edit again.

Homepage partially breaks after 1.2.4 update

Hello,
I’m running into a strange issue after installing the latest (1.2.4) update of your plugin. v1.2.4 partially breaks the homepage of a site I have been updating for someone. All short codes and elements using JavaScript completely disappear from the page. Even the WordPress tool bar has disappeared, however all other pages on the site seem to work just fine.

Pulling up the Chrome Inspection page, the only error that shows up is:


Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)  (index):1

Reverting back to v1.2.3 does not fix the issue. The only way I have been able to get the site back to normal is by using the local backup that GoDaddy provides with their managed WordPress hosting.

For some odd reason I have a different menu style on my category archive pages only. So…upon inspect-element I discovered it was UABB related. Any idea how I can fix this?

Row background colors & formatting not saving

I’m just trying to create a dark banner with centered white text. I use the black color background option for my row, then set the text color to white. When I submit my work the text shows, but left aligned and transparent background.

Any idea what could cause this? Everything else works great.
