I’ve just updated ucare 1.7.2, all in one security 5.1.3 and WordPress 6.1.1 to the latest version
ucare seems to be crashed with this error logs

If I turn off the security plugin, the support system works again. If I leave the security plugin on, other pages work well, except the support system.
Is there any well-known issue for this?

after there seems to be absolutely NO support for paying customers from the uCare guys, I’m kindly asking the community for help.
Right now I’m working on our new project, which also includes uCare Pro.
The SEO analytics tool XOVI, we use, reports that the support/login page doesn’t have a title or it’s empty. I found a saying on the uCare README, that tells you could integrate the Login plugin, simply by adding a short-code [support-login].
I tried that, of course, but I’m very disappointed as that just shows an odd “Get help” link, which then redirects to the real Support Login page.
I’d be very happy if anybody could tell me how to fix it, and even more, if there’s an option to customize the Login page a little (Regarding text)

I have translated the .po file into Spanish without problems, from the files in /ucare-support-system/i18n/languages, but I still have some texts in English that I do not know where to find for to translate. My site is completely in Spanish, and these texts are specific to the uCare plugin. An example is the text “Continue” in the email entry window. Other texts are “Keep me signed in” when entering the password. There are several similar examples, little words. I hope you can help me.

2. Step: typing my password
And at this step nothing happening, no error message, no any visible change on the site

And with support user as well and none of them working

Hey uCare, first off… Really cool plugin, we like it a lot!
However, when either agent or customer clicks create Ticket, we see a list of available categories and can choose these. However the product form below, is blank. We have just about 3500 products, and these would be a lot to show to begin with, but all in all nothing shows even if we wait for a longer duration.
