This plugin took down one of my sites after the update, I removed it and when I try to reactivate, I receive the following error:
Warning: require_once(/FAKEPATH/httpdocs/web-content/plugins/ubercx-shipping-tracking/UberCXTrackingAccountVerifier.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /FAKEPATH/web-content/plugins/ubercx-shipping-tracking/woocommerce-shipping-tracking.php on line 64
The “UberCXTrackingAccountVerifier.php” file does not exist in the latest version nor does the file “UberCXTrackingApiClient.php” which is the next line in “woocommerce-shipping-tracking.php”. I’ve downloaded the latest version direct from www.remarpro.com with the same result

]]>I just installed this plugin and it works fine except that it does not send the customer an email with their shipment tracking info after marking the order complete. There is a section for this in the plugin settings so I assume it should have this functionality.
Please advise.
If this functionality isn’t working I would never pay for this plugin past the trial.
]]>Hi guys,
I am confused. It says FREE plugin everywhere but to make it work I need to subscribe to a paid plan, is that correct?
It seems like it, but I feel I’m missing something because there’s a real emphasis on the “FREE” part.
Could someone clarify please?
Many thanks

]]>Hi,
I’ve added a valid trackingnumber of DHL (Netherlands) But I keep getting this error:
SYSTEM ERROR: ShipmentTrackingErrorResponse : Message : 111 : Error Parsing incoming request XML Error: Datatype error: In element ‘AWBNumber’ : Value ‘vgl0157455710012895′ with length ’19’ exceeds maximum length facet of ’11’.. at line 1, column 422
I have verified the trackingnumber at the DHL site and it is correct.
Please advice, thank you
]]>I’m not able to get tracking numbers to show up in my “Completed Order” confirmation e-mails. From what I can tell this is supposed to be a feature of the plugin, but I see no options to enable or disable it. Is this functionality possibly broken with the current versions of Woocommerce/Wordpress?
]]>Hi, it’s possible add european carriers like BRT Bartolini, SDA Italy,…? Thanks
]]>Hi Developer,
Our developer is planning to push tracking number & vendor information for the order with the WC API as below:
https://docs.woothemes.com/wc-apidocs/class-WC_Abstract_Order.html
May I know this plugin get WC API for the push of the above information?
Thanks,
Anson
It would be great if you add an interface which enables user to select orders they are shipping and enter their shipping information.
Having interface like:
Order# Carrier Tracking number
This way it will ease the operations for big player.
]]>in the file uc-tracking-configuration on line 19
$uc_options['order_text'] = 'Your orders has been shipped by [carrier]. The tracking number is: [tracking_id] ';
should instead read
$uc_options['order_text'] = 'Your order has been shipped by [carrier]. The tracking number is: [tracking_id] ';
it’s a simple matter of keeping the plural/singular consistent.
