I purchased the plugin and now I am banned from access the customer support for the next 4 years???

I really LOVED the idea of this plugin but it seems to be conflicting with my Jetpack. “Jetpack operates via https://tarotparlour.com/xmlrpc.php but the errors output in that file prevent it from functioning.” (response via wordpress support)
When activated and I check that xmlrpc.php page here:

Great concept but the plugin isn’t working as in after following all instructions and setting up as needed, posts don’t showup on twitter.
Needs more work unless you have a better instruction on getting thing working.
