I just installed your plugin and it seems great. However, I changed the “Word Suggestion Mode” (just playing around with settings because I found the Auto setting a bit annoying). Now the plugin won’t provide any suggestions no matter what I do or how I set the word suggestion mode.

I searched everywhere for a plugin to provide synonyms, and this looks really promising. Would love to be able to use it.

Hi,

The plugin should definitely support ignoring stop words, like “the”, “of”, etc. because every single post’s “words list” that shows repetitions is littered with these and is therefore much less useful since to find actual repetitions, you now need to look through a lot of them and mentally ignore them.

Imagine how much more useful it’d be if all the articles and prepositions are ignored by default, and we can add more.

The plugin should support some options so that the admin can customize the defaults a bit before rolling it out to all editors/writers. For example, the auto activation, I would like to change to shift/click from auto, but I don’t want everyone to have to do it manually.

Also, maybe some parts of the plugin could be made optional and the settings could offer a way to turn them off.

Personally, I’d like my writers to use it to figure out if there’s too much repetition being used with some words, as well as the thesaurus.

Hi,

First of all, the plugin looks very promising. This bug report is about a minor-looking, yet very annoying side effect of losing the cursor. Steps to reproduce:

– Put the cursor on some word
– Get a list of suggestions
– Click down/up, then either go back to the top or press Escape
– At this point, the cursor will disappear you will lose focus on the post edit box.

Try to use the plugin with just the keyboard and without a mouse, and you’ll see how quickly it gets frustrating.

Any chance you can fix it up please?

uncaught exception: Unable to load Twinword Writer. tinymce Not found.

I tried disabling other plugins. Could error be caused by my site’s config?
