I have just installed the plugin.
I know you have a video with it, but the actual set up process isn’t eactly intuitive for the average user – they are not as technically minded as you. For instance, a link to “Already have access token?
Register your application on Twitter.” means nothing to most people, and the video start with a screen shot of Twitter, not of you going from the cadmin page of your plugin and clearly showing how you go to the link to get to Twitter, then fill in the information. Also, people will think that you need to fill in the exact same details as you have typed in, but of course that won’t work as Twitter won’t register two applications with the same name.
Then if they get through all those hurdles, there are also no detail of how to tweet a post e.g. nowhere does it tell the user that there is nothing else to do, and that any post will be pushed out to Twitter when the publish button is clicked or anything like that.
Maybe get someone who is not a dev, and doesn’t know what your plugin does to have a look at it for you and make some suggestions.
Just my thoughts on how you could improve the plugin.

When I publish a new post, I get a blank screen. The article gets published but nothing goes through to Twitter.
This plugin is currently non-functional for WordPress 3.3.1.
