It even works within another widget that I use for wysiwyg sidebar development.
Thank you so much for this awesome plugin!

This PLugin provides a missing resource in the management of WordPress. The creator was very willing to solve a small problem. Add it to your collection

Sometimes is less-more…This tool brakes the widget wit many setting tabs into one column (Ex. Youtube Channel Galery) and there is no influence on settings there. Always thumbnails are with full text from YT under. Also there is no possibility to edit. Everytime You want to change something You have to start again.
Otherwise Widget on Pages works perfect and I can change setting in Widget section ;o)
I find this Idea good (F.E also for Posts) but it’s not working properly yet ;o(

Thanks for this – it enabled me to put my latest blog post summary on my static home page. There is probably another way to do that, but I’m not very techy!

WoW…
This is the plugin which solved my worries.
Thanks guys for creating this plugin.

I’m a WordPress developer and have created a custom theme for a client and this plugin looked ideal, because on my WordPress pages there are two WYSIWYG editor areas, one for the left column and the other for the right column,
When I place a Widget into my right column then try to browse the page, then the entire column and all following HTML code is blank.
When I remove the Turbo Widget plugin, then my page content comes back to normal.
Nice try guys, I loved the GUI in WordPress with the Widget icon, looked really slick but just didn’t work for me, and I don’t have time to debug your code, so I will search for another plugin that does support Widgets in my custom fields.

This plugin does not work at all. When I want to insert a widget on a page, the pop-up window to choose which widget to add is completely blank though the widget I need is there and perfectly working. In addition, many things in the documentation are not what you see in the plugin.

I used this to insert a menu. This way I had a “secondary” horizontal menu under the primary top menu for certain categories in my site. I also created several pages with widgets embedded in the middle of the text inside divs that were floated left and right.
I also used this to insert my own custom widget too.
It worked really well for me!

I am trying to add this to my page and when i click on it, I get the menu screen to select what widget but there is no insert button?…..I am trying this on chrome and firefox.

I am using WordPress 4.5.2, localhost, evolve theme. Just installed Turbo Widgets today and have a couple of issues.
1 – when inserting a widget using the insert button the list of widgets available does not show my already created text widgets as options to add
2 – the only page alignment seems to be vertical and I really need it horizontal

UPDATED: The developer contacted me right away and fixed the problem with this plugin. He had been trying to trace down exactly what was causing the issue with just some web sites. My combination of theme and plugins helped him figure out the fix right away.
I now give it five stars. Great support and extremely useful plugin. I added a Facebook widget on a page so that visitors who do not have Facebook can see the posts on our page. By being able to put a widget ANYWHERE, I have more complete control over the page. THANK YOU Todd Halfpenny!
OLD REVIEW: The screen where you choose the widget gives the drop down list of possible widgets and nothing else. The Title box is not visible and there is no button to execute the chosen widget. I watched the demo and see there should be a Title bar to fill in but there is not. Maybe a conflict with another plugin but I need the plugins that I have. This plugin does not work for me.

Hi,
I’m new at WordPress; I used to build websites in WordPad (very old school, I know). Want something more ‘up to date’ now, so I’m practicing WordPress. What bothered me, was that on other pages than the front page I could not insert widgets, so I found myself once again doing make-up of the page with html-code (tables), which doesn’t really show well on smartphones, while one of the reasons for me to use WordPress is that the site also looks good on smartphones and other devices than pc/laptop.
Anyway, Turbo Widgets looked promising, but after trying it out, I find that I cannot place widgets next to each other; they are automatically placed underneath each other. That doesn’t really help me. Is there a way to get them next to each other?
So far I have tried with the ‘Testimonials’ widget and the ‘Text’ widget.
Thanks for your support!

Really cool plugins. Saves me a lot of time, bad things with shortcodes, etc. I wish I could donate something, but as a 15 years old sutdent I can’t afford it now. Hope this review helps you, too!

Sorry, but this doesn’t work for me as the icon don’t show on the menu. Looking forward to seeing it work in the future.

Yeah, I wrote the plugin, but I’m still chuffed to pieces with it ??

Unbelievably easy! I don’t have any coding experience so I was wary but no previous coding knowledge needed at all. It’s literally just clicking buttons!
Thank you!
