Hi I’m looking to add a particular page to my website which involves the members or users of my site having the ability to add and remove their own youtube video’s without having admin status. This capability already exists on my site with wordpress. but i need to organise the video content on one page(as thumbnails) in a horizontal grid layout using the members names as the heading. Any help would be appreciated ,thanks jeff
]]>Thanks for nothing, Tubepress! Re-installing older version now. I am a pro subscriber, and really don’t need all the extra work you’re giving me now. I’d have to reformat all my video galleries now, as they’re all screwed up. That’s IF I could find any info on what I assume are new shortcodes, since the old ones aren’t displaying anything correctly anymore. But your “pro support” site is down, and even if it wasn’t, I doubt it would be much help.
Please think through future updates better. Hint: Don’t give your customers a lot of extra work.
]]>Hi there,
We also package Twig with our plugin but yours loads first and is an older version, which causes an error.
Would you mind updating and issuing a plugin update please so we’re compatible please.
Cheers,
Andy
]]>I am running into an issue with the navigation/pagination. I have the pages working properly but the pagination will display as:
<< prev 1 2 3 4 next >> > > > > >
You can see this at the following page: https://laserproducts…mplator-videos/
I have submitted tickets and no one is responding to them. I am using the Pro version (paid) but that doesn’t seem to help in getting support. Very disappointed right now.
]]>Hello
Day before my youtube videos stopped showing up. I read that we need to upgrade tubepress. I downloaded tubepress_4_1_9.htm file and uploaded it directly to plugins without deactivating tubepress earlier version.
Now my videos page is not opening, rather..it opens some other page that was opened prior to it.
I deactivated and deleted the tubepress plugin.
I deleted tubepress_content from my hostgator file manager Also. I CAN’T SEE ANYMORE FILES!
MY VIDEOS PAGE IS STILL NOT OPENING UP. PLEASE GUIDE ME…
Hellow,
I’have upgrade tubepress 4.1.10 to work with the API google/youtube. It works, but I’ve a problem with de thumnails per page: that’s display maximum 3 per page, even if I put greatest.
Can you tell me what to do to fix this?
Thank you.

]]>1) Don’t ask for monetary compensation, corner your users into it.
2) Destroy all the functionality we were using yesterday by making features we’ve been using for years a monthly pay feature tomorrow.
3) Blame it all on a YouTube API update.
Folks, I’d be more than happy to pay for TubePress pro, but hell if I’m going to add another pain in the ass monthly bill to the millions of other things I have to keep track of and under the duress of the fact that you’re taking away functionality I had for free yesterday. Bad business, little thinking, downright foolish move.
Personally, I’m seeking alternative solutions at this point. Not because you’re too expensive, not because I won’t pay — BUT, because of the tactic you’re employing. Really uncool.

]]>Hi
Since I set up the free version of Tubepress several months ago & set the number of thumbnails per page to “20” for the Youtube videos it gets, it has always shown them correctly, that is until I just decided to have a look after the latest update (to Version 4.1.3) of the module I have just made.
There are just 3 thumbnails, although I have changed no settings, not even the search terms under “YouTube search for”.
What could be causing this & how do I get this back to show, what had always been displayed on the page, i.e. 20 per page? I am using the basic shortcode “[tubepress]”.
Thank you in advance.
]]>Hello everyone,
I was hoping for some help with the thumbnails not displaying correctly on my website. (At the moment I have just started building the website and testing which YouTube plugin is the best for my purposes so please excuse the mess of the site).
The website page I am testing Tubepress on is: https://lizardlounge.tv/partnerships/ (which has settings defined by me) and also on the home page with Tubepress placing a Youtube feed into the blog.
If I can solve these two issues then Tubepress will be the plugin I decide to use and will purchase the pro version.
I am having two issues with the thumbnails:
1. On both pages the actual video thumbnails won’t change size however the area around them does. As an example: if I change the thumbnail size to 300px wide, the thumbnail won’t change size but the font below it will fill the 300px space. I have hqThumbs set to “false”.
2. The thumbnails on https://lizardlounge.tv/partnerships/ are displaying in a single vertical line down the page, they refuse to display 3 thumbnails per row. I have tried turning fluid thumbnails on/off which has not solved the problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Cameron.

Hi,
I cannot find what my client’s youtube username is. She uses email address (google+) to login to her youtube account, and her channel URL is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-d0pbxH4w3DFQicX2eFyAQ
It seems like Youtue no longer uses “user” path.
How could I showcase her videos? I’d really appreciate your help.
Thanks in avdance,
Hi, and thank you for this great plugin!
I’d like to display many different playlists on a single page, and then have the user choose the correct category.
Currently I am trying this by using a plugin for tabs:
https://taidoworld.com/lessons/
Unfortunately, this is not a good solution as going to a different page will reload the page – and then all playlists in all tabs will go to that page. This is annoying, as you will often get a “no videos in this category” message, simply because you tried to view page 3 of a playlist that didn’t have that many pages of videos.
So this issue makes my current solution pretty useless, but otherwise the general look and feel of that page is exactly what I am looking for.
Anyone have a tip on how to get something with a similar functionality, but without the issue I’ve just described?
Any advice is welcome!
Of course, if there is a way to get tubepress working with a plugin for tabs, that would be perfect as well.
Thank you for your help ??

On chrome, as well as firefox I discovered that now the plugin is not able to deal with mode anymore.
One page is simply generated by using the shortcode [tubepress] -> it works fine !
one page is generated by using shortcode [tubepress mode=tag” …] -> it now displays the same page as the [tubepress] one
one page is a search and display result one -> it now displays twice the page generating by [tubepress] and therefore no way to search !
Except quitting using tubepress, what can I do ?
Please help !
