Plugin is working well.
Testing a few things for a new site, I noticed it`s not intuitive how to go back and change the selected crypto.

For example, a user chooses ETH then for some reason wants to change to BTC as payment, it`s clear how to do that. The user seems to be stuck with their original choice.

Maybe a “Go Back” or “Change Crypto” option on the page with the QR Code…

Unless I`m missing something.

In the final crypto payment step, there is text, “Exact amount to be paid.” I can’t find it in Loco Translate so can’t edit it.

Would someone know where the string in the files?

Hi guys, the plugin is very useful and works very well up to a point, but there is an error that seems very serious to me.

Clients can place their order with bitcoin and pay / send the payment, the plugin detects when the client sends the payment but never confirms it.

I have made multiple attempts myself, paying extremely many fees for an almost immediate confirmation, down to normal and low fees. The same has happened with my clients and it is very annoying to have to confirm each payment manually.

Logs in woocommerce:

– Payment detected, awaiting validation.

– Amount due: BTC 0.00013076
Value: GBP 6.05

I have looked at each transaction in the blockchain and it has passed the 3 confirmations, but the plugin does not detect it.

Also, I enabled debbugin and nothing is relevant in the log file.

If customers transfer too few BITCOINs, the system does not recognize this and the payment is not confirmed.

Your plugin has been great up until this point. Orders are no longer coming in through WooCommerce, however we are still receiving the transactions and emails through Triple-A.

I set everything up properly using xpub.

I ran a test transaction and everything went smoothly EXCEPT I didn’t get the Bitcoin in my Wallet.

BitCoin was sent to the generated address by the plugin and was sent successfully: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/18sZDcvoeKh7kuX9wLVXnHGCoTVJ3R36j7

But it never settled into the Wallet.

Hello, I have problems with a transaction that was carried out through your woocommerce payment gateway plugin with bitcoin, the client made the payment but sent more bitcoins than he had to send, now the bitcoins are not anywhere, neither in my account nor in the client’s

When customers receive the QR code in the checkout page there’s a link to open the wallet in the phone. However, when customer click on the link the url provided isn’t valid so nothing is open at the end, and the transaction has to be finished after the order is submitted. This also creates a lost of matching between the order and the payment. Is there a way to fix the url and also keep some matching between the WC order and the BTC payment received in the wallet?

The provided master public key does not have the right format.

The instructions say that the public key starts with ‘xpub’, ‘ypub’ or ‘zpub’, but not mine. Could you please clarify if i’ve to add the xpub to the beginning of my key?

Its been working fine for weeks, but today after a customer clicks the button, the 3 dots appear and then the button appears again. The QR code etc doesn’t load.

i lost 60 euro like that normally when i used the plugin first time i was using segwit electrum wallet generated BC1 address i got feedback that lot of service reject segwit address then went to legacy address start with 1 everything was fine plugins soo good
until i made update and now address are generated only segwit BC1 i tried legacy and newsegwit nothing only generate bc1 and i dont even know where that address is

Is it possible to add the feature to show both fiat and cryptocurrency (in a way to be updated quickly) next to each other on frontend?

This way users can understand the price of each product in bitcoin better and they don’t need to convert the fiat to bitcoin.

Hi, Thanks for your great work.If you add some customization it will be more appreciable. Please try to add following customization.
1. Payment window need to open in new tab/window, currently it is open in checkout page bottom.
2. Need under payment/percentage option. as a result if buyer send specific small/less payment , order will be completed.
3.Need over payment/percentage option. as a result if buyer send over/extra payment , order will be completed.
4. Waiting for payment time need to be customizeable
5. BTC address qr code image is very small ( 30 px/30 px), it should be 200px/200px
6. I want receive confirmation email with order number. (successful order and failed order due to less payment)

With regards to Admin being notified when the customer’s crypto transfer/payment is complete,

Triple A’s FAQs say,
“How to get notified of transactions?
You will be notified of all transactions via email as long as a notifications email is provided on the TripleA or the WordPress dashboard.”

Just to make sure i understand before I recommend to a client, does this mean if Admin wants to be notified when a transfer is complete, Admin must enter an email in the dashboard required (even in the case of only Bitcoin receive)?

Maybe I’m not clear on the difference between Triple A and Woocommerce’s Admin notification functions.

Hello, your plugin is amazing, thanks so much for doing this for the bitcoin community! Please consider the following features which I am sure many will find useful:
1- An option to specify a % error. That is, that the plugin will accept a payment even if its a bit less so long as its inside this %. Example: 0.5% error. Sometimes people don’t consider the fee and the payment is cancelled… this would fix such scenarios.
2- An option to specify a % increase (or decrease) of the bitcoin rate. So people pay 3% more, or 1% less, etc. Also very useful.
3- An option to let the system wait for more than 15 minutes… you can make that 20, 30. This is useful because sometimes people use an “Exchange” which has a delay and then the order will be cancelled, even when the BTC is actually sent.

These 3 features will make this the #1 choice for any BTC store. Please consider them for future releases! Thanks!
