After 25 years of doing IT I thought that I had seen it all but Tripetto has blown me away! Prompt support, attention to detail, flawless code. When there are so many bad plugins out there Tripetto is one of the few professional application/plugins that are affordable. I could not have done my current project without Tripetto.

We have been using Tripetto Pro for about 2 years now and it’s one of our favorite plugins. The chat form is so much better than any other form we tried at driving customer engagement and actually encouraging users to provide their information. On top of that it’s so versatile and powerful so that we can learn a lot about the user based on what device they use, what page they come from etc.
On top of being a solid plugin the support from them was above and beyond when we had some issues with our site. They spent the time to actually login and look around to figure out what settings and other plugins were interacting in a bad way and let us know how to fix it. Def worth every penny!

Ich habe fast alle Formbuilder ausprobiert, sei es formidable, wpforms, fluentforms, ninjaforms und und und…st?ndig hat irgendwas nicht funktioniert, man brauchte eigenes css oder sonstiges. Ich bin kein Programmierer und kann auch nicht verstehen, wie man so wenig intuitive Tools entwickelt teilweise, allen voran Formidable, sicherlich sehr m?chtig aber ohne Programmierkenntnisse einfach nervig. Tripetto ist einfach unschlagbar. Sehr schade, dass es verh?ltnism??ig unbekannt ist. Ich wünschte ich h?tte es schon vor einigen Jahren gefunden.

I’ve been using Typeform for a few years now. It’s fantastic for what I needed: forms with chat face that I embedded in my sales pages. They are very engaging, and great for conversions.
But because I needed certain features, like redirect people to a particular web page or no Typeform branding, I needed the Plus tier, which I was bound to renew mid October for 665.50 €. Same invoice for October 2023, 24, 25…
A friend of mine, to whom I’m very grateful, told me about Tripetto. It was a no brainer, as they say. I have exactly the same features and, with the WP plugin, I pay $99.00 /year.
I’ve also found that playing with logic branch is not only easy but also fun. And something else I didn’t know before switching, Jurgen has helped me make a seamless transition by pointing me in the right direction when I’ve needed support. That’s 5 stars support too.
I wouldn’t recommend Tripetto to any of my competitors, though. ??

I’ve been using the studio to design a complex form, with integrations with Google Sheets and Slack, through a custom webhook. It’s a very impressive tool, quite easy to use, with an already great set of features.
Didn’t used yet the conversational aspect of the form, but cool to know it can “fake” a simple chatbot easily. Looking forward to use it on more clients websites!

Exceptional thought went into the Tripetto front-end form presentation and back-end builder. Easiest drag and drop UI ever. Clear. Intuitive. Easy to create, follow and improve forms — even with (really) complex branching. While I also use a highly rated and competing form building plugin, Tripetto knocks it out of the park for building branching logic into forms. The visual flow makes it so easy to understand logic. Tripetto has become my go-to form builder.
Plus, I get more data collection from front-end visitors because the flow is natural and “just enough” to ask deeper questions without form abandonment.
Great real time testing with logic or without logic. Easy changing of form appearances. Easy testing across devices.
Excellent range of inputs and rules. Top notch documentation. Thanks goodness so much information is provided and written for the layperson that I self-serve for even more complex functions. I’ve corresponded with Tripetto support and, again, top notch in terms of response time, clarity and drive to resolve issues.
Take it from a team who builds a lot of WordPress forms for marketing, sales and customer support processes — Tripetto is worth every cent for front-end functionality UI/UX and back-end form building and data export / integration. You can’t go wrong with Tripetto.

Excellent plug-in for market research surveys — the polish on the front end is miles ahead of alternatives. The conditional logic is extremely robust and there are many question types supported. I think it really should strive for some native integrations — Google sheet is a must, and a PiTA to achieve via webhook. Also it should allow for custom scripts running on the form, not merely custom tracking. The UI for the WP user is not as nice as the front end that the end user / visitor gets. I see no good reason why they don’t allow for partial submission capture if we the end user are the ones responsible for the legal implications… but honestly these are minor quibbles as the plug-in itself is amazing overall.
The option to convert the flow into a chat instead of a scrollable form is genius, and they’ve knocked the implementation out of the park with how it handles even complex and space consuming questions like a matrix type, AS chat… really impressive.
ONE thing I think they should do to appeal to market research teams is add the ability to randomize the order in which questions appear inside a question block. This can be done easily in the UI by adding one more property to blocks where we can switch that toggle on… And the cherry on top would be to exclude certain questions from this randomization, so they always appear at the same spot in the block shown in the back end regardless of the block’s randomization settings… again this would be another setting option on each question. These small features would allow Tripetto to compete with enterprise grade software that has these bells and whistles which certain market research teams insist on in order to reduce bias in the surveys.

After trialling several conversational forms, I found Tripetto to be the one for our small business needs. Easy to use, excellent tutorials and rocket-fast support. The WordPress pricing structure is very reasonable compared to other SaaS Form providers geared towards large businesses with big IT budgets. Tripetto doesn’t restrict functionality on their only paid plan. Sell it a bit cheaper, sell it a lot more. These guys have worked it out. Keep up the excellent work.

This plug-in is a chat + Survey combo
It's an amazing plug-in with great functionality and WordPress nativity. There are 100s of solutions in the market but all of them suck our blood mercilessly with quarter functionality and 4x cost.

We are a software development company based in eastern Canada. We have embraced Tripetto as our primary supplier for data-collection forms. We will have many applications for Tripetto, and are planning to deploy Tripetto technology in a number of ways. Our ambition this summer will be to include certain Tripetto components directly in our SaaS offering.
The support at Tripetto has been very good. Our two queries were answered quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Tripetto is a serious company with a good product… we are fans!

The free version is very generous and has many advanced features. You can even customize forms using CSS in the free version.
The only problem I found is that you should avoid creating multiple tabs with the same form, because if you work on one tab and save an old version present in another tab by accident, the current version will be overwritten without notice.
But that was a very small flaw in a powerful plugin that served me quite well.

The best download and install I’ve ever made on WordPress! This is hands down the greatest form builder on WordPress or any other platform for that matter. It combines the power of every top form builder out there and does everything better. My clients love it so much. The features are outstanding and the calculator couldn’t have been more sophisticated and awesome! To top that off, the support team is super helpful and responsive! I needed help with a specific calculation process on my form for quote purposes and they responded within an hour and built me a template with exactly what I needed! I’ve used around six form builders – everything from free to Gravity Forms. They either lack functionality or styling. Some are expensive (over $200 a year) and often require additional buys to get even basic functionality, like good styling (yes, Gravity I’m talking about you).
I used Tripetto’s support chat function and got help at midnight their time. I waited 3 days for another form builder to even answer – and then the answer was “no.” I don’t expect them to always be available in the dead of night, but their service and support has been incredible. One of the best set of online docs for any tool.
Tripetto is amazing at every level: styling, built in conversational forms or regular forms, conditional logic, dynamic variables, on and on. Surprisingly for me they were able to duplicate the visual builder in their Studio version right within WordPress. I’m blown away by the abilities of this tool, its almost zero learning curve, and its easy to use interface. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made for my tech stack. Their free version will prove everything I just said, so nothing to lose. Thanks Tripetto Team, you knocked it out of the park.

The price of the premium version is very high and in the free version, in addition to displaying a plugin advertising message at the end, it is still in English and I haven’t figured out where to translate that message into another language (in this case Portuguese). If there was any way to translate everything, automatically, maybe in partnership with Loco Translate, then it would deserve 5 stars!
