When I open the FAQS and go to APC to install it, it tells: This package is not maintained anymore and has been superseded.
The plugin is too slow/consumes too many resources/my hosting provider wants to kill me/page speed results are low
A lot of effort has gone into the optimization of our plugin, however, there are some actions that you might need to take

Previously it is working fine with Google as preferred translation engine and after updating to version 1.0.9.1/1.0.9.2 it is not working, not any page is translating automatically. If I select Bing as preferred translation engine then it is working fine with Bing supported language.

We have a WooCommerce boutique. The site’s main language is French. In addition to customer accounts we have WordPress administrator accounts and WooCommerce Shop Manager accounts.
Recently we started having a problem whereby Shop Managers would get errors such as:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 598016 bytes) in /homepages/**/*******/htdocs/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5275 or “buffer” errors (don’t remember the exact message) when they clicked on an order in the order list to look at order details. This only occurred when their site interface language was French. What is odd is that this is only on the backend (where nothing is translated with Transposh) and the site’s main language is French. If the user changed their site interface to English the problem did not occur. Administrators don’t have the problem (regardless of the language of their interface).
I submitted a support forum post to the WooCommerce plugin support. They asked if I had a translation plugin on the site. I said, “yes, Transposh”. They asked me to deactivate it and I did and the problem went away.
So now I’m asking you what could I do to confirm whether the problem is Transposh and especially what I could do to avoid any WooCommerce/Transposh conflicts in the WordPress admin?

I would like to know how to translate the urls.
I have activated the option “Enable url translation” but it does not change.
I have 2 languages: English and German. The default language is English. It shows /de/ when changing the language, but it does not translate the text of the url. It also doesn’t translate slugs or categories… it remains unchanged. The texts are translated well.

Recently Google Translate added New Central Kurdish Language, Sorani Dialect added to the Google Translate.

While using transposh plugin in our wordpress application, when I enable Edit Translation checkbox from the bottom of my wordpress page, it starts showing me little icons for each text on that page, so that I can update the translated text according to my preference.
In such a case, when any dropdown on my page has a lot of options, these icons per dropdown options text tend to increase a lot making it difficult to figure out which icon corresponds to which dropdown option text.
So, just for the sake of avoiding this, can I disable those little icons(for editing translated text) for specific HTML elements like dropdowns?
I know we can entirely disable the translation for that dropdown using no_translate class, but I still want the dropdown options to be translated but don’t want to enable the edit translation on them.

I have searched around but haven’t found a concrete answer to my question: how can I disable the translation on a specific page that I don’t want to get translated?
For example, if I only want the English version of my contact page to be created without getting translated to additional languages.
Is there some sort of shortcode or other code I can add to block/stop the translation on individual pages or categories?

the page i linked is just an example… a lot of other page in the site has the same issue.
Some stuff doesn’t get translated at all. When I try to manually translate parts of the paragraph it seems that everything works, but when i’m done and i deflag “edit translations” the situations goes back to the starting point and none of my translations have been saved.
The blog’s main language is italian.

Now I am working on a new project, website is still not visible.
What I get is a lot of [object window] instead of the translated text.
Or sometime I can have “random lyrics text” or text taken from other areas of the same page.
At my eyes it seemed that translation miss some html tag and fails to take objects to translate.
I have a fresh WordPress 5.9 installation.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
]]>Hi, in some sites it doesn’t translate correctly and if I click edit translation it doesn’t work, a non-editable space opens at the bottom of the page instead of the popup to translate I think it conflicts with something. What I don’t understand is that on some sites it works with the same themes and plugins.
I take this opportunity to say that this plugin is the best for translations!
