I need to edit an existing text layer in a slide – the visual editor shows but I need to access the text editor to add heading tags – but there is no edit window below the text editor tab. I have disabled all other plugins and set a standard default WordPress theme but there is still no text editor window. I’ve tried in current versions of Chrome, Firefox and Edge (all on Windows 10)

Hello, I have major issues with the timing of video slides. You can see it here: https://palux.hrcws.nl/test/

The slider has 2 video slides of 5 seconds each. The first is green, the second is blue.

The first round works fine, it runs each video from start to end, but all following round go wrong.
At the end of the second (blue) video, it re-starts that same slide for one second before it goes to the next slide.
The next (green) slide starts on second 2 in stead of second 1, at the end it restarts for 2 seconds before it goes to the next slide.
The next (blue) slide starts on second 3 in stead of second 1, at the end it restarts for 3 seconds before it goes to the next slide.
And so on. The longer you look, the worse it gets.

Problem 1: video on a slide restarts before it goes to the next slide.
Problem 2: video on following slides start mid-video, despite ‘Reset video on slide change’ is enabled.

How to fix this?

These are my settings:

Hello,

I am currently working on a website where I am trying to utilize the responsiveness of the plugin. I am trying to make a logo appear on the top left corner of a mobile and tablet interface. However, if you take a look at this image, the red box shows the boundaries of the phone view. The green box is what I would expect for a responsive design and a video on the plug-in page shows exactly what I want. However, even following the templates and the video, this issue persists. Are there any steps I can take to achieve such a responsive boundary?

I like to add a clickable image to my transition slide, unfortunately, there is only an onclick event either to do nothing or open in a lightbox. Can you please enhance and add a custom link with target?

Question on the autoplay feature of the slider and video slides.

How can I create a video slider that automatically plays a video and starts the next video as soon as the previous video is finished?

If I enable autoplay, I have to set a time delay, but that overrules the duration of the video’s.

I tried to change the aspect ratio. It says “Aspect ratio (with/height)” so I entered 16/9. But my slider just disappeared from my page. I think you should check user input and display a message informing that the ratio should be entered as a decimal number. Or better, accept input as in form of fractions.

I just installed this slider plugin and find it easy to use and just what I needed.
BUT when I add a shortcode to a slider in a page and update the page, I get an error message from WordPress. “Update failed. The reply is not a valid JSON-reply” (My translation from the error message in Swedish). But when i view the page on the web it looks as it should. I guess you have a bug somewhere in your plugin that you should fix.

The slider works well in preview mode and is totally responsive. However when I publish and open in a browser on any different computer I get only the text layer, which is a header.

If I refresh the page, sometimes the issue is resolved. But, the first load is blank slides and only the text layer.

The problem is immediately visible upon loading the website as this is the home page.

I notice that this plugin uses a lot of resources and when active (viewing the slider) the CPU and MEMORY usage jumps up. Is there any way to reduce the power consumption? Another thing this plugin does not seem to use any caching because every time you load the page it is like it is loading the slides from the start and so you see the little spinner. This increases the Largest Contentful Paint time and thus reduces page speed and page performance. Just wondering if anything could be done to reduce the loading times and resource usage?

Great slider but could not adjust in the free version to make one slider to work well both in desktop and mobile.
So, to solve this issue, I made two different sliders – one for desktop and one for mobile and hide it accordingly.
But this make a bug with the last slide which is freezed when it needs to go to the first one.
I work with Elementor and even when I tried to put the two shortcodes in different sections, the problerm still happens.
Whewn I deleted one shortcode the problem is gone.
So, what is the solution?

I’ve created a slider with only 3 slides but when viewing the front-end the last slide shows a duplicate as a 4th slide. From the site back-end, there are only the 3 slides.

How can I stop that last duplicate slide from showing?

I can see the Preview of the slider from the plugin, but putting the shortcode on Elementor i can see the follow ReferenceError inspecting from Chrome broswer.

I have a slider set up with 5 slides, the first few load fine, but then it generally freezes on the 4th slide. If I click to a new tab and back it continues as it should, but if I stay on the page I cannot click the button, the arrow, or advance the slide with my mouse.

Other times the slides will advance but the title will get stuck. I’ve reduced the image size and even cut the slides down to 3 thinking that may help, but I keep getting the same problem.

Please help.
