I was wondering if I could exclude certain IP addresses in the visits counts and the ‘details on the last 100 viewed pages’.
I dont want them to show the visits from GoogleBot or our own IP address.
Is this possible?

After a couple of weeks collecting data via your plug in, I have noticed that quite a lot of times I see an IP address that visits my website, but when I look at the time he spent on the pages they say all 00:00 except from the homepage.
Do you have an explanation for this?
I try to do some stats on the traffic on the website, and would like to have this as realistic as possible. So, do I have to include or exclude the 00:00 visits?

I have a question about your interesting Plug-in. On the parameters, I have selected: Use IPInfoDb to know from where your users are. and I obtained my own API and filled this in.
The map is now showing me from which county the visitors are coming, but is it also possible to see that city specific?

There’s a Javascript conflict that is preventing both gallery sliders from working within your Plugin. When I disable it, the site works fine.

i am having a problem at
“Geolocalisation of visits/ visitors during the last 15 days”
the two maps
1) world map & 2) The European map
these two maps are not showing any statistics on them.
When i goto (place cursor on it) these map then on all countries it shows message as undefined
like russia ( undefined)
canada ( undefined)
Can you kindly please tell me that how to fix it is very important.

I saw in the description the plugin should work with multisite. I have it installed, and it seems to work on a per-site basis. Can it gather stats for all sites and display them in one place?

After the latest update I can’t see any data except for the last 50 viewed pages. All other modules are empty including the logged users icon continuously spinning. Everything was working fine before the latest update. I see no errors in the log. As a matter of fact the log is empty.

But I would like to use it for subsites at my WP MS and I am worried about how many data the plugin will keep for each site/in general? I (as super admin) would like to set some where the max data weight limit per subsite… also it would be great to make the plugin keep its data in the blogs.dir folder.

I am on a multisite network and logged as super admin.
Once the plugin installed, If i click on the settings link in the plugins list, I get a message like “You have not enough rights to access this page”….
PS : In each site, I can go the site settings through the SL plugins sub menu but the tracking code doesn’t appear in the web pages .
PS 2 : Universal analytics seems to be not accepted by your plugin ?

I am finding that traffic shows up correctly when I type my domain name directly into the address bar, but that it is either missing or incomplete if I enter via facebook links or google search links. Do the pages visited only show up if they have completely finished loading? The ‘referer’ box is blank. I installed this first on my test site and didn’t have this problem so I’m not sure what is different this time? I have deselected ‘Show statistics on the OS and browser types of your visitors?’ and am not using the google analytics yet.

]]>Hello, after upgrading to WordPress 3.8 ( ond your plugin also I beleive) I could no longer get in the backend of my site, fatal errors after admin login screen.
The solution was to open the site in ftp, cut all the plugins, paste them in a temporary folder locally, op the admin site, paste the plugins back, and activate them opne by one? Yours produced a fatal error, along with some backup plugins. No problem (anymore) except that I cannot activate your plugin at the moment.
Maybe you can help others with this solution.
