The only instructions I can find are “Download TrackFree Plugin, Install and activate at WordPress” – I have done that – now what?
How do I access / use this plug-in? I cannot see it anywhere on my dashboard.

Has there been an API update in the past 10 days ?, I am missing the “Shipment Status” on my ORDERS page of WooCommerce.
BUT
I have the Shipment Status of order before 10 Days ago.
And if I go through the Trackfree Dashboard all the statuses are there.
Please note you fixed the Fastway Ireland issue re “contactless delivery” about the same time.

We are using DELHIVERY as courier partner for woocommerce. After adding DELHIVERY as preferred courier on order page Track Free is still showing default courier partners like DHL, Blue Dart and FeDex.

DPD UK tracking doesn’t work. I presume there is the wrong URL for DPD UK.
]]>Adding tracking details causes TrackFree to attempt to load current status of package, and not allowing the order page to be updated with the tracking numbers.
This is not practical as most tracking numbers will only be live hours or possibly days after items are shipped off.
Can we just add in the tracking details and complete order without TrackFree first verifying details?

Awesome plugin! But the courier list seems to be empty because the trackfree_couriers.json can’t be found.
Error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
I tried to reactivate the plugin, but no success.
So I was trying to find out what caused the error when I noticed that the URL for calling the json file has ‘undefined’ in it.

I could not find any threads on this issue so I opened this one.
How can I solve this problem? If you need more information, let me know.
