I don’t normally write reviews but happy to for this plugin. We have the Survey and Polls plugin and they are great as creating user engagement on our site and the reporting function is much better than other survey tools we looked at. Great service to when we have questions.

I’ve tried many survey plugins but only the Total Survey has fullfilled my needs. The Support is fast and precise, I was able to solve an issue on my side with the export of the results with they’re help. The possibilitys to create the survey is great with the different kind of questions.

It’s an excellent survey plugin for WordPress.??? It’s a great alternative to Google Survey and has many features to customize your surveys.
When I first purchased it, I was not satisfied with the way it displayed the survey popup on the screen, but their support team was very responsive and added the feature that I requested.

So far this is the best FREE plugin I have managed to find and test. If you are looking for a survey plugin this maybe the one. Do not pay big bucks for other plugins as most of them have the same options as this one.

Although there are alternatives on the market, I found the add-on quite intuitive and user friendly. You immediately get a grip on how to
navigate through the settings.
I had some difficulties with it but had terrific assistance by support staff. I recommend using it for anybody who does look for a clean and simple solution.
