Seems complete, honest, … but has some serious issues.
If one decides to install wordpress in /wordpress but keep the homelink to /, as described on www.remarpro.com, you are in bad luck. All original wordpress files are being considered as being invalid.
Never try to execute some of the scans that take a long time. Your hoster might have a default timeout for execution of scripts. This plug-in does pass this timeout making those scripts fail.
Good attempt, but need some improvement to be really useful.

This is a great plugin as a starting point to test your website vulnerabilities. I have tested this plugin with WordPress 4.6.1 and it works very well. If you need to know how your website is doing then I suggest you install this plugin, run a test and then patch and fix any vulnerabilities it finds.

I love this one. It is the best one in finding the anonymous files. Although Vulnerability scan doesn’t work when wordfence is on but core file scanner and file system scanner are scanned and are prompt correctly if unauthorized changes are caught. GO FOR IT FOR KEEPING YOUR SITE SECURE. ??

2 out of 3 scanners work, for me the core scanner never returned a result, was always saying that it did not run. maybe other are more lucky than i am, going back to wordfence is the only one who never failed me

Just need to do something with file system scan, because do not work without define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M'); in wp-config.php
Another way – to add schedule for core scan and email if bad result.

I professional “harden WP” and I thought to check out this plug
I ran it on a very secure set up where the wp-content directory and all the child directories were renamed and on a path under the server path. All the common vulnerabilities this this plug searches for were removed prior to execution of the plugin.
It returned about 40% of the results as false-positives. This would be very miss-leading for those who are inexperienced so I would not recommend it even for those.

Tow of three modules do not run – vulnerability appears to run, but after the run is complete it still says ‘unexecuted’.
File system check hangs, running for hours, until killed.
I raised a support report, no response after 4 days.

I’m not advanced enough. It has some red X’s that I just don’t know enough how to fix. Plus, I was going to donate, but the Paypal page is in french, and I’m just not comfortable putting my information in there without knowing what the page says, or if it’s legit.
But, I do like the idea of it, and again, it seems to be working pretty good so far!
