Hi There,
First, great plugin! It’s really easy to use.
I’m having a small issue where I’ve uploaded my swf into my Wp post and a button I’ve set up to replay the animation doesn’t work. It’s works fine in other places like in Flash and when I drop the swf onto browser. Any help you might be able give regarding this would be appreciated.

Thanks very much.

First off, thanks for creating this plugin. It will be a real help for all of us WordPressers. I’m somewhat new to all this and i am trying to embed my soundboard that uses flash at soundboard.com/sb/barstool. When I use the embed code from the site on Tumblr, it populates correctly. However, when I use it on WordPress, obviously it doesn’t work. I have included the embed code below. Would your plugin be able to display my soundboard correctly? I can’t figure out how to have it show properly.
Thanks!
Embed code: <img src=”https://www.adobe.com/images/shared/download_buttons/get_flash_player.gif” alt=”Get Adobe Flash player”/>

Hello,
I install Top Flash Embed and enter in a sidebar:
[topswf swf=’https://www.sakkoulas.info/test/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/KEDE_300x250.swf’%5D
but the swf never appears.
Instead, the text just appears.
What do I need to setup?
Thanks.
Im using your plugin with Manage Upload Types and am successfully uploading swf, BUT Im getting errors when I upload.
(Im also using the $mimes add_filter upload_mimes code available from various sources, in a child functions.php which allows the Manage Upload Types to recognise the mime type automatically, the functions.php would not work on its own…)
I’m getting the following errors when I upload, (but wasnt getting them initially):
Warning: getimagesize() [function.getimagesize]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /my/own/server/path/folder/wp-content/plugins/top-flash-embed/classes/TopFlashEmbed.php on line 40
Warning: getimagesize(https://studymet.co.uk/username/files/2013/10/BadOyster1.swf) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /my/own/server/path/folder/wp-content/plugins/top-flash-embed/classes/TopFlashEmbed.php on line 40
Do you have any ideas what might be causing this? Ive removed/replaced the functions add filter, it made no difference. Id really like to use your plugin cos its for students and having an easy way to do it from the WYSIWYG would be perfect.
Im using this in a network implementation.
Hello,
I’ve successfully used the plugin on our site. We are essentially using a password created page on our company website to show clients flash animations for their approval before going live.
The flash animation is visible and playing normally however I cannot get the flash animation to fit to dimensions 900 x 250 as per the swf. It is defaulting to a set size on playback leaving a white box surround to the correct dimensions.
Can you help?
Regards
Michael
Hi,
Great plugin, I was just wondering if there’s a way to star the flash content in fullscreen. If so, how would I go about doing it?
Thanks
I would like to:
1. generate a code so that the text wraps around the swf
2. add captions at the bottom (similar to images)
Please help!
Thank you.
This is code on Test Home Page:
[topswf swf=’/webgoad.com/wordpress/wp-content/gallery/cu3ex/engine/cu3ox.swf’ width=’960′ height=’360′ wmode=’transparent’ flashvars=” allowfullscreen=’false’]
However, does not run at link:
https://webgoad.com/test-home-page/
However, same Address runs in HTML at:
https://webgoad.com/wordpress/wp-content/gallery/cu3ex/
Here are the contents of the File creating the contents of cu30x.swf:
webgoad.com/wordpress/wp-content/gallery/cu3ex/engine/cu3ox.swf
webgoad.com/wordpress/wp-content/gallery/cu3ex/engine/cu3oxCSS1.css
webgoad.com/wordpress/wp-content/gallery/cu3ex/engine/cu3oxXML1.xml
webgoad.com/wordpress/wp-content/gallery/cu3ex/engine/swfobject.js
