I recommend this if you want to add social icons on your website. It has variety of image options which I really liked.
Short code feature help me to add it in posts and pages. I highly recommend this plugin to add social links.

PLugin works and it’s ok BUT:
1. You can’t remove “Follow me” from the title (which, to be honest, is more of an annoyance than problem) unless you “hack” the code which we all know is a bad idea since the changes will be removed with the next update. Not a big deal but it’s something that irritates me
2. You can’t remove Mail link and Icon unless you “hack” the code (again bad choice) or you hide it with CSS (display:none)
3. Xing icon is named with uppercase “X” and in the code is with lowercase “x” so it’s not displayed on the page unless you change the name of the icon to lowercase “x”

Especially when using the tooltips the names on the social networks should be the right ones, “Facebook” not “FaceBook”, “Tumblr” not “Tumblar”

While this plugin does *not* have some features offered by other social icon plugins (such as the ability to modify the sort order), and does require a bit of custom CSS styling to *not* display the email link if you don’t want it to, overall it works very well, does exactly what I need it to, and does have some nice touches, such as the ability to choose the size and shape of the icon. All in all very simple to use and looks great. Kudos to the developer for creating a solid plugin.

i found it really cool. i can easily manage the social profile icons. no need to write any html code in textwidget..
i am not technical person and i don’t know how to crop images or create image all that special thanks for social icons you have added. i don’t have to search for any icons images.
