Finally! I’ve found a plug-in to do what I need, remove the admin bar on both the front and back end!
Does exactly what it says, but there is the minor issue detailed by RandyKing, which will hopefully be fixed in an update.
It would also be great if it could be changed depending on users, or even the option to edit what is seen on the admin bar.
Many Thanks!!

First, it should be noted that this plugin does exactly what it says it will do, and with very little fuss and no options. Perfect.
However, it has a minor, yet annoying, side-effect. Search for a new plugin with the Plugins/Add New menu standard in WordPress. Type in what you’re looking for and get a list of candidates.
NOW, when you click on “Details” of any plugin candidate, the information box pops up; however, the top of that pop-up is now below the middle of the screen and it cannot be moved. Consequently, much of the details of that plugin are pushed below the bottom of the screen. ??
If you disable this plugin, everything returns to normal – the “Plugin Details Pop-up” window is near the top of the screen where it should be.
Tested: Disabled all plugins, works fine. Enable this plugin, it breaks. Same scenario using the default WP 2014 theme. Same results. Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari – all act identically.
