Used the plugin for their educational institution, it’s great and has a lot of features. There was a problem with the plugin, not everything was working. I contacted the support service, they answered quite quickly. Went in and fixed everything, now everything works great. Very grateful to the support service. I recommend this development team

We are using this plugin for the Our Team page of our website. I ran into a slight issue where the re-ordering of the posts wasn’t working as expected. I emailed their support, and their supported helped me figure out that it was because you need to use the shortcode, and then configure the shortcode. After making that adjustment, all is working as expected. Great plugin!

In my opinion this has to be the best WordPress Teams Plugin currently out there. The Pro version is packed with great looking templates and comes fully packed with customisation options as you would expect plus the support has been amazing as well. The best $26.40 I’ve spent this year.

I had a slight issue with formatting and contacted support. They quickly identified it was caused by the Theme I was using and suggested a CCS fix, which did the trick. Saved me so much time.

This plugin is easy to use. I was able to get it up and running quickly without hassle. It works quite well. I wish it allowed for a separation of Name into First and Last for alphabetizing but I use a post ordering plugin for this.

The way the featured image is handled is a little bit clunky – it took me a few tries to get the image to be the correct size, and that may be due to the way wordpress itself handles image sizes. But other than that, the plugin works right off the bat and does everything I need it to. Thanks!

Really nice plugin for displaying profiles of staff or other types of teams. Even the free version is highly customizable and has a nice feature that gives you a Layout Preview when creating shortcodes to list grouped members.

I inherited a site recently and was a little blindsided by a forced update by our hosting service to 5.9. I was quickly able to find that I had to also update Teams. I upgraded to the pro version to get additional layout controls and was really pleased with the look. However, i found a problem in full screen views with the header overlapping the Team detail view. The support folks at RadiusThemes were really friendly and had a simple fix for me almost immediately. Nice tool and solid support

I never post a negative review, but I’ve been trying for a week get support to update the license URL so that their product will be activated on my website, and they don’t respond!!!! I’ve sent several emails and even used their support form on their website, but NO REPLY. Dude, I paid for your stupid plugin, so I should be able to activate it so that it can work and I can get auto updates…WTF. Other plugin developers give you the ability to log in to your account and activate and deactivate licenses based on URLs…not here.
Stay away from this plugin unless you want to waste your time and money!

Ive been using it to handle each band entry for a music festival for a couple of years now. Though it isn’t designed for that specifically, it works better than anything else I’ve found for that purpose. Photo, bio, web site, social links, order, etc. Nice set of display options.
I do wish I could sort by order in the ADMIN, or at least see the order number on the list screen. I often have to add bands after the initial lineup and it would be great to be able to get the billing order without having to click “Quick Edit” on each to see where they should be.

I had some initial problems and could not get filtering of id to work which made the plugin useless for our purposes.
Outstanding and quick help from Radius Support made me realize that id can be found in the URL while editing a team member and not elsewhere. Now I got the ID filtering to work as described and is a very satisfied user.
